The man and woman who helped us here were absolutely wonderful. Amazing customer service that makes you want to do business here. The cookies were terrific. We bought 5 and got 1 free. So tasty. You wont be disappointed with this business!!

On vacation in Destin with my boyfriend and we were craving some dessert and stopped in. The two gals working greeted us with a smile! They were very personable and pleasant and these days good customer service is not found easily. Moving on to the cookies..... YUM!!! We got 6 cookies and a slice of cookie cake! The cookie cake slice the one girl decorated for me with waves and a beach scene and it tasted so good! I Will be stopping in every time I’m in Destin!

I went here to get cookies for my family and the sign says they would return at 2:30. It’s 11 am what could you be doing for so long??

Tasty cookies in a small corner store in the Silver Sands Premium Outlet outdoor shopping mall. Although there are a wide variety of cookies and other options, its hard to find the prices in the store at a glance. Once I paid and learned the price I wished I had not visited. Prices however may be in line for the touristy area.

We placed an online order for 11 and drove 1 hour and then was told they don’t do pickups before 1. Worker was so rude and told us the cake would be done at 1:30. Over all awful service and rude worker.

Out of everything and the guy with the glasses was completely rude and demanded that he get a break cause it was so busy.i work 2 jobs and its unacceptable he could have waited

Horrible service !!! We went there for a birthday cookie and the attendant was very non professional! We asked can you right happy birthday on the cookie he said No not today I replied, I understand that no one is in the store and its not busy but all we want is a simply happy birthday nothing else!?!? He said no we cant do that we still bought a blank cookie any ways to support local business! But this place will not be recommended!!! #secretshopper
