Came in near closing and was treated amazing none the less. James was a tremendous help and very friendly! He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Ive never had a bad experience here and I definitely plan on coming here again!

Did not care to serve I feel I was a women gamer what is she doing in my store and he treated me like I was gum on a shoe he kept serving people on the phone another customer even though I was still waiting would not finish anything nothing resolved and folks this is why GameStop is going bankrupt

Great store. Games for every major system, both new and used. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful finding what you want. They do a good job of informing you on offers and upcoming games. We really liked the selection of collectables too

These guys are awesome! Super knowledgeable and very friendly. I have bought games there before, but went in today to try to find a PS4 for a family whose house had just burned down. Since Covid-19, they’ve been in great demand and even though they didn’t have one in stock, they helped me find one with another local retailer that had one. So, I bought all my games from these guys and I’ll never go anywhere else. Excellent customer service that will not be forgotten. Thank you Alex and Rain! You guys rock and you have helped give this family some much needed light in such a dark time.

I live out in pcb and went into my local store to buy a console in store to have it shipped out to my house or in store and the man at the counter told me we cant do that and was just very rude and on the phone like he didnt even care. So i walked out then proceeded to call the GameStop in Destin and spoke to John and he took the time to walk me through everything online so i could get the console and help i needed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. This is definitely the best customer service i have experienced at a GameStop!

They have nothing good and high prices

I picked up some new games durning the Covid-19 outbreak. I ordered online late in the day and the games were available the next day, I drove up and called, a team member double checked that my order was correct before putting it in the back on my car. The whole process was contactless and professional. I think they did an excellent job being socially responsible. And now my kiddos and I have new games to play together!

The worker wasnt very friendly

Walls are bare and none of the switch games had prices. Probably 20 people in that tiny store. Couldnt even walk around

Great people very friendly and knowledgeable greet you as soon as you come through the door the smile help you find whatever you need and trade-ins are so much easier than doing them at Best Buy or other places and I much prefer to trade my phone in in person give the same amount of cash I would is having to mail it off to some service like gazelle where Ive had my phone break and Transit and got nothing GameStop gives you the same amount plus you are in points 2

I have never really had bad experiences in a gamestop but also never experienced a great one either. This store is the exception to that because it is the best I have ever entered. It starts with the Manager Brock who besides having the name of a beloved Pokemon trainer is always willing to go the extra mile to assist you. The employees are knowledgeable and are always willing to talk shop! If youve had bad experiences with these stores in the past, consider giving this store one more chance because the employees there deserve it!

Nice layout, everything was in a straight line type layout so I could see everything right after entering. They also had tons of merchandise that other stories are not currently providing.

Awesome place staff is helpful and friendly there is one closer to me but I make that extra drive to go to this one due to the customer service they provide. Great staff way to go GameStop keep it up!

He was May 15, 2017 me and my Mexican brothers walked into game stop one fine evening. Little did we know facing a brute of a woman. We in fact mistook her for a man that really set the gears going. The gears of war. My youngest brother seemingly a dwarf as he is only 10 years old walked into the back and park your word copy of black ops two so he can play with a sick friend in the hospital. He approach the ghoulish lady Who then denied him his basic rights of obtaining a copy of a blast two. get out of here kid . She squawked. She then insisted for us to leave as she spat lougies our is into our faces. She then told us she was the general manager. In conclusion dont go here.

The manager on duty in the afternoon shift is absolutely awesome he only one PS4 when I went in and it ended up being the drakes uncharted referb I was skeptical at first but he turned it on plugged it into a monitor and proved me very very wrong when I said these things normally go in busted and come out half way working not only that but he threw in the original box and the contents and I am loving it
