Store says open at 11. I kill time around the area. Get there for 11. No one there. Sign says to text or call is no one is there during normal business hours. I proceed to do so. Reply is I will be there 11:30 sorry for inconvenience. Next text, sorry traffic 11:45. This is bad business practices. Almost an hour waiting and still no one . Not happy at all!

I bought a Louis Vuitton bag for over $800 on eBay from this company. A week after I paid they cancelled my order with no explanation. They did not refund my money. They did not respond to any of my messages. I had to get eBay involved. Terrible experience.

Recently bought a purse from LuxExchange in Destin, for my wife for our anniversary and she loved it. The store founder personally assisted with my selection and was knowledgeable on the features of the items, that I considered. The wrapping and presentation of the gift was also impressive. I would recommend this boutique to others.

I dunt suggest you sell your stuff here. they will cheat on you. the owner will tell you how much she is going to sell for you. but when you come back to get the money. she will tell you she sell at a lower price.but she did not get approval when she sell it. Not a honest businesswoman!

LuxExchange is a fantastic store to find designer bags, such as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Chanel and Tory Burch at affordable prices for gently used items. Ive bought several designer bags from the shop and had them privately authenticated and was quite pleased with the results. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Recently, I gave them one of my handbags to sell and they got top dollar for it, which made me quite happy. This a great place to buy designer items at a reasonable price. WOW! LuxExchange is THE best shop to buy designer goods at a fraction of the cost. The concierge at my hotel recommended the boutique to me, when I was attending a conference in the Destin 30A area. I mentioned I wanted nice boutique shops and she referred me to City Market Bayside and LuxExchange. The owner and her team knew all of the brands I was interested in and showed me how to tell if my own bag was authentic. I bought a Chanel back as a happy from my trip and am so pleased with both the price and the look of it. If youre looking for a nice place to buy designer items, this is it. DO NOT BUY OR SELL FROM THIS STORE! OWNER IS A THEIF!If you are considering selling your luxury bag at LuxExchange, do not. The owner, Melanie, is a thief. I have been shopping at her boutique for years and thought she was trustworthy. I gave her my Louis Vuitton to sell and we agreed it would sell for $1200. Months went by and I never heard anything. I went in to check it and she had lowered the price (without my permission) to $900. I told her I wanted to take it back since the price was too low. She then gave me a bag that was not mine! Since it was wrapped up I did not realized this until I went home. It was missing various pieces (the luggage tag, dust bag and lock/key). When I emailed her about it-no response. So I went in again but she was not there. The manager looked in the records and said my purse had sold in February for $1200 and they sent me a check which was a lie! I never got my money and instead she gave me the other purse with all the pieces on it. Please learn from my experience and do not trust this corrupt store.

Im so glad that I found this store! I discovered it accidentally while visiting the vape shop next door. Its the only store in probably a 200 miles radius, at least, that sells Louis Vuitton. Everything in the store is in great shape (some of it actually looks brand new), its very convenient to get to, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpfull. I was able to get a surprise birthday present for my girlfriend without having to travel or order something online, plus save money! They also have a great website where you can view their inventory before visiting the store, or just order online. I will definitely be sending friends and family their way, as well as using them again in the future.

Lux Exchange really puts product quality and customer statisfaction first. There is a surprising selection of Louis Vuitton handbags--all pre-owned--and they are typically in very, very good condition. Often times the handbags look new or have never been used. Lux Exchange frequently sells, buys, trades, and consigns in Chanel, Gucci, Fendi, Tory Burch, Valentino, Prada, Hermes, and Burberry. They only sell accessories like purses, wallets, sunglasses, and some jewelry, but no clothes or furniture. The inventory is always different, so its beneficial to shoppers to visit more than once. They will be moving from 36150 EC Pkwy to the opposite side of the street in mid-2017.
