Waited about 30 min at the drive thru between the one person in front of me and person the associate dealt with inside before getting to me. The packet for the covid test was fine but when I went to put it in the box I realized I was not given a sanitizing wipe to lift the box and was already too far forward to call for one. Not sure if they were low on staff or what but I wouldn’t come back for meds or another covid test.

Inept staff that work at a snail pace. I have been waiting for a prescription for a week, wait in a line for at least 30 minutes to hear a multitude of excuses, I have to go somewhere else where the staff know what they are doing. This is inexcusable that I see old people have to wait like that and can’t get their meds and who knows if they are getting the correct ones.

Every time i come here for my regular monthly script that should be the easiest thing to expedite in a timely manner..i end up sitting waiting FOREVER when i drop it off.. when i pick it up... it appears the pharm techs here are not very good at their jobs or navigating their own computer systems.. its extremely agitating

I hate to be so blunt - but the people working in the pharmacy are some of the dumbest people I’ve encountered in my life time. Save yourself the trouble and have your scripts filled elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars…I would. They are very rude, never answer their phone. I’m usually on hold for at least an hour if I call if a question. Or they loose my kids scripts (THAT WERE SENT OVER)The male pharmacist is very cocky and demeaning!

This cvs is always extremely grunge worthy inside. Always trash and stains in the carpet, dirty germs everywhere feels sticky anything you touch. They need better employees that will work.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. i have many people come and ask if i needed help. the male, i believe the manager, helped me find an alternate item for what i was looking for when out of stock. great experience.

Poor customer service experience with the pharmacy staff and manager. The tech was adjusting the price, she went to another computer and after 15 min, I saw that she was taking other phone calls. I asked the manager about the prescription and told her it had been 15 min, the tech rudely argued that she told me it would be a “Moment”. The pharmacist got involved, to defend the tech, as well as the manager. It’s hard to believe this type of response was necessary when confronted with a complaint about the time it was taking for a price adjustment.

Pharmacy has always been helpful. Store staff often go above and beyond.

For starters, it would be great if you would at least answer the phone.

My wife went there today and needed a money order, she was standing in front of the cashier asking her while she pretended to to listen, and when she finally replied she said the machine was broken... Flat lie. This place needs a staff remodel that cashier was so rude and disrespectful, they have just lost a good client!

My daughter woke up on the day of her wedding sick as a dog! Took her to ED and got a script for Phenergan. They filled it immediately and we were off to the wedding. Awesome, fast, and friendly staff! Thank you for savings the day!

I walked in to purchase a couple of household items with my wife, as I walked into the store I noticed that there was one customer checking out at the time. Not I or my wife were greeted, as we walked around no-one asked us if we needed any help or assistance. When we were ready to check out we stood there with no-one in line by ourselves for a couple of minutes. I looked around to see a worker standing just 15feet from me so i asked them if they could help us up front. She then looked at me and said okay as if we were an inconvenience for her. During our transaction another couple came in and she greeted them saying welcome to cvs. Avoid the person that attempted to help us named adelle at all cost. One can only think that this is the standard for this store. I could have been a secret shopper, you only get one chance to make a first impression. If you want a more family-friendly and cordial experience shop elsewhere.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. The Pharmacist acted as if I was inconveniencing her by bringing in my prescrition. Dirty looks and such snappy, rude demenaor. I was shocked. Then when I asked her how long the wait would be as I was going to sit and wait, she tells me 7pm, and it was only 4:30pm. Not a soul in the store. Judging from her attitude, she obviously hates her job. So sad because I always liked CVS. But I refuse to support a company that employs someone with such unneccesary blatant disgust for her fellow man

I like shopping at CVS. At this particular one the manager would not let me use a CVS coupon on an item. She told me to read the rules and call the 800 number. So I did both and she was clearly wrong. The manager needs to read the rules and work on her customer service skills. Ill stick to my CVS in Niceville, where they are nothing but kind and helpful.

The pharmacy staff is an actual clown show. I dont see why you would spend the time in school to become a pharmacist and act like you work at McDonalds.

Really nice store for general shopping in addition to the pharmacy.

They made us wait 2 days in my kid’s medicines. They will always tell you they didn’t get the prescription and made you wait longest time possible.

Good CVS and lots of products in stock. Good workers working here.

The clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The store wasnt the problem, the cashier on the other hand i wouldnt say i would shop here and not check every single item i take, i got charged for something i didnt buy, it wasnt expensive it was a 4.99 charge, but it makes me wonder what kind of people works here, make sure you check before you pay.

Nice assortment of beach needs at reasonable prices. Also all the usual stuff you would find at CVS. The staff was friendly and there was no trouble finding what we needed.

Store staff is friendly, pharmacy staff is not so friendly when bringing in narcotic pain med scripts. Rather judgemental; that is why I took my business to Walmart. Granted I absolutely hate one of the Walmart pharmacists as well; but for an entirely different reason. He is a stickler, but he doesnt judge.

Incredibly rude at the pharmacy, expect a lecture from the old man pharmacist whose upset about not finishing med school like mommy and daddy wanted. Go somewhere else

Called the pharmacy to ask if they had something in stock and they never answered.

Most incompetent pharmacy staff they cant read prescription or count no one one should do any prescriptions with them they make a mistake and blames you

Their hours are posted as open at 7AM but you do not open until 8AM.

Pharmacy hours incorrect on Google Maps, not the same as store hours.
