We were greeted by the entire staff as soon as we walked through the door. Maria assisted us and walked us through the purchasing process. She even told us about customization options available online. What a terrific experience... especially since the jewelry store around the corner didn’t even acknowledge us until 15 minutes after we were in the store.

Had a bunch of Cmas cash to spend, looking to invest it on something quality, went to Kays destin store and was not allowed in to shop because I refused to wear the devils diaper on my face, what a shame to watch American Businesses put themselves right out of business. You all get what you deserve for treating your human family this way.

Destin Kay Jewelers is the best Kays to go to! The manager and employees are incredibly patient and helpful. The Destin store really sets the example for all other stores.

Worst store in there franchise horrible experience will be reporting to corporate.

I went to this location to buy my friend a birthday gift and when I got to the door at 7:29 pm they were already closed. They advertise online that they are open until 9pm. I witnessed 2 women inside the store that looked at me like they could care less.

Great service and helpful

My husband and I have done a lot of business at this store and are always satisfied with the customer service. We even got a holiday card once from the saleswoman who sold us our wedding bands! They most recently had to fix a customer service error for us that another store had made (we stopped in that particular store to fix a problem while visiting family). But they did so quickly and at their own expense! I always leave very pleased with my experience.

My husband went into the Destin Commons Kay Jewelers to return a gift and have my diamond inspected for insurance requirements as we do every 6 months.. the same woman has waited on him every time and ALWAYS gives him an attitude. We have spent a lot of money in this store and they have lost our business.. He has told me how horrible they have treated him and I’m so upset over it since we have shopped and spent so much money there.. being in customer service myself, this is unacceptable!! There are way too many other places we can take our business and will do so.. I recommend you look for the best customer service experience when shopping for jewelry, and it’s definitely not at Kay Jewelers in the Destin Commons.. what a nightmare!! Not worth the stress, I’ve already purchased another piece at another jeweler .. 😡

No one greeted me when i came in they all just kind of stared at me and gave me weird looks after 10 minutes someone finally said hello to me and then another 15 minutes went buy so i just walked out your loss of a $6000 purchase
