I manage a vacation rental company. We have used Kings for the past several years and have always had excellent service from them. They are quick to respond when I am in a jam and need a new sofa sleeper mechanism at the last minute. I ordered two new mechanisms for two different units this week. They installed one and then proceeded to fix the other mechanism instead of replacing it. They could have very easily just replaced it and I would have never known that it could have been fixed. I appreciate their honesty. They will continue to be my go to company when recommending furniture stores to my owners.

I was looking for a place in Destin proper to get a mattress. I’ll admit when I pulled up to this business and saw a sign that said “go around back and up the stairs” I was a little hesitant. It just so happens their new showroom is not yet open. I am so glad I chose to follow the instructions because I found a warm staff, the perfect mattress set, and was able to get delivery that very day. It was such a load off of my list! I loved the staff, including the delivery young men. They called to let me know the time frame of delivery and were friendly, clean-cut, and professional.I can’t wait to visit the showroom because from what I saw, it looks like they have some great pieces!

We used Kings Furniture in May. Called them on a Monday- they came out and cleaned the fabric and adjusted the sleeper sofa mechanism on Thursday of that week. Sofa looks brand new - and works better than ever and they only charged us $150- We will definitely use Kings Furniture in the future.

Kings Furniture was AMAZING to work with! We live in another state and own a condo in Destin. Our renters ruined our couch and we needed a replacement in a hurry. I called and the guy immediately text me pictures of what they had in stock from his phone. He was able to answer all of my questions (we wanted the best quality sleeper sofa we could find.) I told him that I needed the sofa delivered the next day if at all possible. He made it work! They discarded our old sofa, delivered the new one (which we LOVE-we bought the Cozy Sleeper Sofa), and he even text me a picture of the new couch in our condo! They are absolutely fantastic! We will definitely use them again!

My wife and I were looking for quality furniture for a reasonable price for a new home. We popped into King’s on a whim and happened to find exactly what we were looking for! We accidentally came across Kings after looking at online shops, Amazon, and shops here in Destin. We had a really short time frame to get living room furniture for a condo we are about to rent out. Ken, the owner greeted us and immediately found out what we could get quickly. He showed us around the store and explained each piece of furniture. I have never seen a retail store owner so proud of his product. The design of furniture he has created is perfect for a rental property. It is comfortable but feels like it will last a long time! We are so glad we came upon this store. It really saved us!

Fantastic experience. We had to replace two king size mattress sets and two twin mattresses in our condo along with adding a new headboard and two new bed frames. Great products, great service. We purchased the sofa sleeper with the deluxe mattress. My 92 year old mother and 60 year old sister slept on the couch and were very comfortable. Excellent delivery service. Delivery guys were very careful not to nick my walls. Highly recommend this Destin store.

I shopped every furniture store in Destin. Factory Direct Furniture was the last place I went to. Should have been my first stop! Their prices are incredible, their service is impeccable and the owner, Ken is so helpful and just awesome to work with. You cant find a better rental pull out couch than what they carry. Far and above the best in town. Plus, they guarantee the mechanism. Other furniture stores as soon as you tell them you have a rental, they say, Oh we cant guarantee this sofa. Plus, Sunbrella fabric is on all of their sofas and chairs. No extra cost. Other places you pay more. Ken will help guide you through any need you have, great to work with. I came to Destin with one week to furnish a condo, Chad from Southern vacations recommended I talk to Ken at Factory Direct. Best advice!!! These guys were AMAZING! I was headed out of town the next day and really wanted them to deliver the tables and chairs I purchased at 4pm that day. They said they would work after hours and get it done for me. They delivered all of my items, took an hour or so to assembly them, hauled away my old stuff. They were fantastic! We recently bought a 3 bedroom unfurnished condo in Navarre, and just happened to go in this store to see what they had. Honestly, if I could give 10 stars, I would! It was overwhelming knowing we needed SO much, but Nic was amazing!! He kept up with everything and made suggestions for things I forgot! He kept me focused and on track. Even better, he personally delivered everything the next day for next to nothing considering all we had bought. The owner and other employees were great as well, but I cant say enough about Nic and how well he took care of us!!

I have decorated 3 weekly rental condominiums using Factory Direct. The first one was 2 years ago I purchased a couch, bunk bed with trundle and mattresses, lamp and artwork Its very sturdy and is holding up great after 2 years on rental company. The beds more comfortable than most bunk beds,; they also delivered and put together in the room. The couch is sunbrella fabric that cleans easily and doesnt show much wear. The sleeper sofa bed is more comfortable than some peoples home bed. The construction is excellent. The best is it has a 5 year commerical warranty. The couch is a little stiff at first but then it softens with time. I get plenty of compliments on the artwork. The service is outstanding. What I noticed when in the store is the staff are very feindly, helpful ( even the delivery men), they seem to work together as a team. Obviously my favorite item in the store is the couch. I recommend for anyone that has rental units or just want a comfortable sleeper sofa bed. The couch and chairs can be ordered with any sunbrella fabric sold on line or picked out from store. The store is no frills and pulling up one would think they only sell junk. Not the case. This is the first store I go to when looking for furniture.
