Adam was professional, friendly, honest and the only one of three we contacted that #1 came to look at the door and #2 offered a simple solution to fix the door that was very affordable. Everyone else just wanted to replace the door at $2000 or send pictures and we will get back with you but the door will probably need replacing as well as the motor works. Being on a fixed income and just having to repair a roof, Adam was a blessing. I would highly recommend him and sing him praises.

We called on Friday afternoon since one of the springs broke in our garage door mechanism. Adam said he could come Saturday morning at 8 am. He arrived on time, replaced the springs, and oiled all the hinges. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Southern Garage Doors!

We called this company early this morning due to our door not opening and let me just say, Ill never use another garage door company. They had their technician Adam out at our house within a couple hours. He was very professional and explained to me what broke, how it broke and how to prevent it from breaking. Their pricing was much more reasonable than some other companies that Ive used in the past. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I called this company to come out and take a look at our motor because our remotes and keypad quit working over the weekend. The gentleman said he will have a technician call me as soon as he can to set an appointment up with me. A few minutes later the technician called me and said he can be here in about an hour which I was very shocked, talk about same-day service. He showed up right on time and was very professional and knew exactly what was going on with the motor. He explain to me what was broken and gave me an option of replacing the part or replacing the whole motor. Considering the motor being old we decided to go with a new motor for only $100 more than what it would have cost to replace the part. The best thing was he actually had the motor on his truck so he was able to do it right then. I will never use another company and I highly reccomend everyone to use these guys.
