Went here to purchase a 2011 Ford Escape AWD. During the test drive I noticed a slight vibration that started around 60mph. I was gonna pass on the purchase until they said theyd fix it for me. Came back the next day, the vibration was gone, so I bought the car. Turns out that vibration was caused by a faulty rear drive shaft, which they just completely removed from the car, eliminating any power to the rear wheels. The AWD was the most important feature in this car to me, which they repeatedly assured me was functional. I know the blame ultimately lies on me for not re-checking that all the AWD components were there after they fixed it. However, I felt other people might want to know about the shady practices of this place.

Bought a vehicle - 2019 Chevy Equinox AWD from Crown Auto Sales recently. It was a very pleasant experience. My first rebuilt vehicle ever purchased. Thru Ebay. Al sold it for a great price. Al took care of me in a very nice way. Al arranged to bring the vehicle to Kalamazoo MI. He helped me to apply for the title and registration. He made me to feel at ease in the process of purchasing the vehicle as a great experience. Then i had to face a small problem with the vehicle yesterday. The same day Mike drove all the way to Kalamazoo to take care of this issue. Mike was quick,, friendly and awesome. Great customer service comes only from the great companies. And so, Crown Auto Sales is great in dealing with me. That is the way to go. We will buy more vehicles from them in future.
