Although this beauty supply is packed to the brim with items, they had everything I was looking for and more. I brought braiding hair(they have a huge selection),styling products(the cutest tye dye beads I have ever seen in many colors), and even peroxide (which is sold out everywhere because of COVID). The staff was very attentive and they were constantly breaking down boxes and putting away products. I will be returning!

This is a big huge beauty supply store Ive been going there for years and I never had any problems shopping there somethings are not in stock but I have bought a lot of things that were in stock.

It was nice till I realized the young woman that kept following me and giggling thru the store, had picked up my wallet and stolen it. So beware of customers at this establishment they will steal ur belongings and not even attempt to return them. I was blessed to be off work early only to b set back. Went in and got some Lox wax realize I had the wrong thing went into exchange it was told I could not get an exchange but the receipt said it once I showed her the receipt she told me I cannot get a exchange because It had a fingerprint in it I will no longer be shopping in this establishment poor customer service

Every time I go with you to get their supplies for the most part they have it however the Isles are very small and sometimes I walk with a walker that can be very frustrating.

I asked for a certain type of hair and was told that it was what I was asking for. Comes out to be the wrong hair and was told no exchange or refund and I never used or opened the hair. These people know their wrong for that!!!

I feel like a sardine in a can when I shop there but its worth it. I like this store.

They dont know what supplies they have but they are really nice people and loaded with supplies.

I called around to several beauty supplies and this one was the only one that took the time to look for what I asked for and keep it for me. I’ve been coming there since I was 15, and I moved away and came home for a weekend so it was important to me that they still had the same service they gave when I was young. Wonderful selection, if they don’t have it, they will try to get it. I wish I could move back just to come more frequently. A good beauty supply that respects your business is hard to find in Detroit.

I went to this store and purchased beauty supply items. I got home and all the items were not in my bag. I came back the next morning to see if they had another bag. She claims to have put the items in the bag. I asked them to review the camera. They refused. I left the items that were in the bag there and now have to dispute the charges with my CC company.

I will only buy my wigs from here because they sale the best! I buy the good ones!

New to surrounding area. Theres no reasonable beauty supply with the things I need in my exact area. This was the first one I saw driving east on Warren. This place is kind of expensive also. They Dont carry iBlossom hair products.(bummer!) When I asked about the hair products the husband said SEE? to the wife and she smacked her lips at him. I thought that was very funny! Its a big place with alot to choose from. Wouldnt be my main beauty supply store to visit. Maybe, if I need something in an emergency. Only if its priced fairly. Guess I will be driving further to see what else is out there around here.
