This is my favorite beauty supply. Im glad they incorporated the kelly discount card after Id been requesting it for a year straight. They have everything you need and then some.

If you dont want covid then stay away from here. They have a lot of product in stock. But Its too crowed and a lot of costumers Wear their mask improperly exposing their mouth and or nose. No social distancing in place Staff was helping out But never ask them to fix their mask. 😢 Sad!

This beauty supply is a very pleasant place to visit. They have everything in place for dealing with the Corona Virus. Sanitizer at the entrance, face mask required, social distancing, and protective shields at the register. Wide array of hair and hair products with a variety of prices. Hey! Ive shopped at this beauty supply for several years. I live about 5 mins away from this beauty supply, and they usually have the products Im looking for at a good price. There is also a new guy at the check out register, who provides good customer service. So as long as they continue to carry the products I like to buy, at a reasonable price, Ill be going to Kelly beauty supply.

They had hand sanitizer. Online ordering and super fast curbside pick up! I have ordered twice and will be returning! Their employees were wearing masks before it was a requirement.

I love this beauty supply store they have everything you need. They even have things you didnt even you you like until you walk in. The only reason they get a 4 stars and not 5 is because I feel like they could do a better job of cleaning up outside and cut the over grown weeds and grass around the property.

The location on Vandyke is so much better. The security guard was very nice though.

I have to say the guy in the beauty supply store was very nice. However, good customer service should not stop with one person. I placed an online order nearly 2 months ago I called the store and was given a number to text in reference to a refund and over 2 weeks went by with NO response. Today lots of stores are allowed to open back up including this one. I went in to pick up my order in stead of getting my orginally requested refund which was ignored, I opted to get my order. I was told to go down to the warehouse while they gather my order. A very rude young man gave me my order in a bag with a knot so tight I couldnt verify if the order was correct. He rudely says you can open it. I asked him whats your problem? Im sorry if have to work today but you really need to check your attitude I didnt do anything to you. He then slams the door and walks away. Thanks to him ill never shop there again. I texted the refund # again lets see if they do the right thing and refund my shipping since I had to pick up my own order.... They get 1 point back because I just received an email confirmation for my shipping refund but If I never went there would they have just kept my money without delivering my product or acknowledging my refund request? Im good thanks.

Parking lot is horrible

Been going here for years. Very inexpensive and sell whatever you need. They also have the mobile hair salon on premises.

Yall need to fix your parking lot. The parkway is it has is hazardous to vehicle and pedestrians trying two patronize your business. And your clothes you have are overpriced.

When I tell you it was like walking into heavens front door. Now i only went to purchase a wig which was extremely hard because there were so many to choose from. I ended up picking this awesome wig for only like $40 plus tax which i called my Beyonce wig because that how i feel when i put it on but needless to say its had more then enough things to chose from they had wigs, clothes, hair products, jewelry to even makeup overall i was satisfied after leaving 3 hours later.

I go between this location & Super Kelly on 8 mile. I like both locations as they are owned by the same people but Kelly has a better selection of hair. Super 8 looks better & is a nicer location but Kelly has more of what I need.

This five star beauty supply store i overrated this because in the beginning they were pleasant employees and the store price was reasonable and the friendly environment was outstanding, but now past 3months has been very lazy laid back scary type atomosphere going on around this store like Im the only one spending my money the clothes was less attractive with one stitch of thread in the clothing I brought! Pissed me off bad because I know how shop Im done check out for yourself!

Though Ive been going here since I was a kid- with dreams of becoming a hairstyle,I try not to really support this business. They dont keep the property up on the outside. Weeds are overgrown all around the building. There are sink holes in the parking lot. The appearance of the property keeps the neighborhood looking uncared for. Inside is a large floor plan with many products, wigs, clothes and shoes. As far as customer service, not the best. They dont have enough knowledge about the products that they sell to answer any of my questions. Sometimes they have what Im looking for but they didnt know it because they dont know what it is or the proper name or use of the items. If I need neckstrips or something simply for work right quick, then yes, I will run in and out.

I called the store to verify they closed at 6:30pm. The person that answered the phone told me to be there by 6:20pm and I would be good. I got there at 6:10pm and the security guard rudely told me they were closed. I told him I called and what the person over the phone said and he just began lowering the gate in my face. Ill never go back to this place. I wouldnt recommend them either. Its a better Beauty Supply on 8 mile and Gratiot, or my favorite place on Warren and Yorkshire.

The only reason why I go here is because its in the neighborhood. Customer service sucks and they prices are a tad bit high but Ive seen higher prices in other areas. I said I was going to try another beauty supply store but I never seem too. On the flip side, they have a huge selection of items so thats a plus.

They have virtually everything a beauty supply store should have BUT the floor is uneven, dirty and challenging to maneuver. They have a makeshift salon housed within that looks shady and dingy at best. While we were shopping the salon had a dog in the shop. Hardly seems hygienic or in line with salon code.

I recommend Kelly Beauty Supply when you need a fresh clean wax for your eyebrows. Their nail work is tremendous to!

They need people in the isles to assist customers.... security is very helpful...he cant secure the place and help with customers.
