The Salesperson was tremendously helpful and insightful. She provided much needed insight and provided expert guidance. She was much more helpful than the den leader for my sons pack. The information that she provided was more in line with the handbook than what the pack. She also went onto provided details as to what to expect and how to optomize our scout experience. She took more time to explain what to expect from this experience and how help my son enjoy his scout experience. I will only shop at this location.

Almost a mile west of the Wayne State University campus, this isnt in the best part of town, but this is definitely worth the visit for any Cub Scouts or Boy Scouts. The facility and grounds (including secure parking) are excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I wish that they had more weekend hours or an evening or two where they were open later in the day, but otherwise have no complaints.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. They really good the extras mile to make sure you have what you need and understand what to do.

This place is nice and clean organized in an easy and sensible manner. The staff are inviting and welcoming. The customer service compelled me to make additional purchases that my cubscout wanted. I left the store content and very thankful for outstanding customer service.

This shop is INSIDE the Dauch Scout Center. The Scout Center closes at 5 but the shop - the Toyota Scout Shop - closes at 6. Great store fully stocked and pleasant sales associates, particularly Josh.
