Heres what I posted the day they gave my car back. they are always friendly. efficient, price for oil change is competitive. i feel as if they took care of my car. honest with me. My car was back in their shop the next day, took 3 days this time, gave it back to me and it is back there now, less than 24 hours after they told me it was just a battery. 1 star.

Had my car towed to be serviced. Was refused to work on it because he didnt like it was missing an engine cap n two hoses were lose. Wouldnt do the recalls or any other thing wrong with the car because he didnt want to do alot of work! And said the conditon(those 3 things he said),was and issue. And would be to much work.

The staff is very nice. I brought my vehicle in to have an electrical issue diagnosed. During check in they asked if there were any other concerns. My uncle voiced that my air is blowing hot. I thought this was asked to aid in the diagnosis. I already knew what was wrong with my AC. Well they charged me over 300 for an ac diagnostic. Plus, they needlessly keep my vehicle over night.

I had to drop my car off for repair and needed to pick up a loaner. I was in and out. Not there 15 min. Everyone was so kind and courteous. I am confident they will take good care of my vehicle.I picked my car up yesterday and Chuck and Dave took really good care of my vehicle. I showed up to get my tires checked and to get some air put in them. Even though I did, it didnt start out that way. When I pulled up, I got out to go to the Service Desk for help. A Black Man was seated behind the counter (I forgot his name) and his 1st response was We dont put air in tires unless youre here for repairs. First of all, I OWN a Chevy vehicle. If I pull up to ask for a tire check, I expect to get it. That was NEVER a problem at any other Chevy dealership I went to. After THAT response from him, he finally tells me to pull up to this other guy who finally checked my tires and filled them.

Staff demeanor and responsiveness was good, wait-room facility was comfortable; only problem was the length of time to complete the work. If an appointment is at 1 pm, work should start well before 2:25 pm. Overall, I like your dealership and will not consider another one.

Appointments still require a lengthy wait time. Simple requests of ones possessions are not taken seriously. That alone makes me wonder how many other things are subject to being ignored. Professionalism, and customer service issues are the key factors as to why I will no longer bring my vehicle back to this location, even if I were to purchase one from them.

This experience was just like all of the others Ive had. Everything when great and when I checked out the cashier asked if I had any points to use. I had never used any points and explained to her I didnt know how to use them. She showed me how to pull them up and I had more than enough to pay for my oil change. I couldnt thank her enough!!

Had a Wednesday appointment in the a.am they said it would be a few hours but turned into two and a half days and still no work was performed so I decided to pick it up but once I got it back I noticed I had some items missing I notified them of the issue and got nothing but the usual disclaimer that they are not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle while I understand that disclaimer it is really sad that you have to worry about people stealing out your vehicle while you spending money on repairs and even though I brought this to their attention I pretty much got an oh well tuff we dont have a problem with theft instead of looking into it or trying to make things right if this the service they provide I should have took my vehicle to one of these corner repair lots I expected much more from a dealership..I WILL NEVER DO BUSINNESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN SO BEWARE ABOUT LEAVING ANYTHING THATS NOT NAILED DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received great service last week from James Martin. I took my wife 2020 Blazer for an oil change,and a repair of the seat belt. I thought I would have to pay.But the team made sure I did not pay a cent.Ericka the cashier chased me down and told me to use my bonus point (which I knew nothing about) to pay for my oil chance. She called Andrew who came and showed how it worked. Jodi the service rep told me that they will take care of the seat belt for me free of charge. In a time where companies are driven by money, and can care less about the customer,I was impressed with there service!They worked together a team to make sure I was taken care of.. You have a customer for life!

Everything was very easy. I called about my problem, was given a relatively quick appointment date, my car was serviced in a convenient amount of time. The dealer kept my car overnight, and I picked it up the next morning. Everyone at James Martin was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Because their location is only about 15 minutes from my home, and because I received great service, I will definitely be a return customer.

This was my second time going to James Martin Chevrolet on Woodward in Detroit MI for an oil change and once again they didnt rotate my tires nor did they put air in them. Fortunately I wont be giving that particular dealership my business anymore nor will I be recommending anyone to go there either. Those people need to learn to do their job, thoroughly.

Ive been purchasing new vehicles from James Martin Chevrolet for 10-plus years. I always work with Joe Tibbetts, whom sets the bar high - actually at the top. This continues with the service team, who aims for the same standards. Really, its easy to create a nice guest/customer experience once...twice! However, to do so every time - an achievement. I find the experience welcoming, relaxed, stress-free. Granted, this particular visit was simply for an oil change. My sister has been a faithful customer for now 3 years. She just got her a new lease from salesman Mr. Joseph Tibbetts who is a wonderful salesman. While there with my sister, I found out that this is his last year there he will be retiring after 46 years of service. I want to wish him the greatest of luck in the future and also thank him for a job well done. Joe Posby provided exactly what I was looking for in a new Equinox and delivered it directly to my home. I just LOVE my new car. I keep pinching myself as I cant believe it is mine. The color is fabulous! I cant believe how big the sunroof is and will probably never cover it again. The engineering on the double glass is outstanding. I love the black leather seats, center entertainment dash, and no cap on the gas tank. This is ingenious how it is designed. I keep getting amazed by new features that I discover. I traded in a 2016 Equinox and the car has come a long way! Keep up the good work!

Got a spare key made for Only $38! Best Price Ever! I called a few other dealers and one wanted $79! Crazy! My keys just plain, no push to start! My car is running like new again however it took entirely too long for me to get my car back. I lost money because I had to get a rental for and few days and then I had to call off at work one day because my car still wasn’t ready. First work order was 1255. Second work order was 695 and that was with a discount. At this point whatever else happens to my car, I definitely won’t be back to James Martin for sure.

Horrible experience with a used car thought I bought. 3 weeks later the car dies while I am driving on the freeway, in heavy rain. The service dept was very slow to work on the car. 2-3 months later the car was repaired only to find oil, dirt and grease smudges all over the interior of the car. The worst part was the engine was replaced and had bolts missing from where the alternator was installed. Attention to detail is critical, when replacing the main component of the car-the engine. That level of detail/care was not applied to my vehicle. The Service dept didnt even communicate where the engine was brought from, the odometer difference or how to calculate other checkups going forward, like oil changes, and when to check other systems of the car. Honestly left a very irrevocable disdained feeling with this dealership.

Visited April 12th around 5pm. I bought my last suv from here in 2014 & I’m in the market for an upgrade. Walked into the showroom with my sister and no one, literally no one greeted or acknowledged us at all. Went out into the lot to look around because I’m not really sure what I want. A sales rep came out and addressed another family that was in the lot (I didn’t care because they may have been out there already) figured someone else would come out. Nope. After 15 minutes or so we decided to leave because I’m not accustomed to having to ask for help in an establishment that wasn’t busy. Walked back through the showroom to my truck on the other side; again not being stoped or acknowledged by any staff. Even hung out in the front a while because the 21 Traverse caught my eye. Still, no one came out. So me and my checkbook went home and won’t ever return. I came to buy a car from Troy and he doesn’t work there anymore anyway. That’s never happened to me before but it’s certainly not appreciated and I won’t spend money in a place that won’t acknowledge my presence.

I’ve had to come back on three separate occasions to this dealership, each time hoping that my problem would be fixed,but it is not.I don’t think the mechanics know how to diagnose cars properly, or at least my car .Spending 2000 on repairs to still have the same issue weeks later, someone has to be accountable.But no, their service advisors will give you the run around to try to get more money from you .It’s hard to find trustworthy businesses

I always get tremendous service here!!! The only concern I had on this visit was I was getting something fixed and got a quote for it. Once my car was ready I was told another price because they fixed something extra. The problem was that I was never told they were going to fix an additional part. What if I didnt have the extra cash to pay for the labor that was already done. I just would have liked for someone to tell me if there any changes to make sure I can pay for the services. Other than that this is my Dealership everyone is friendly and professional!!!😁🥳
