I went there today for the first time and bought Ghost recon wildlands and it doesnt work at all I learned my lesson and will not be spending another penny here

I give it a 4 because they didnt have ps4 or ps4 controllers for 2 months

The guy who helped me was awesome! Very helpful and friendly🤗 And he had cool hair!

I will never buy anything from this store. Been here once, wont be back.

This is my goto place for my games everything I need for my PS4 in after going for about 2 years now build a good relationship with the workers and sometimes get free goodies from being a loyal customer my number one GameStop.

These are the laziest people on earth! No knowledge of anything in the place! They need to shut this place down or fire everyone and start over! This is crazy how customer service doesnt even matter any more to people these days! That should be the main focus of a buiseness! Horrible

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional in the handling of the PS5 pre-order. No excuses... Stood outside for 3 hours for them to come tell us 30 minutes before opening that they were sorry because they only had 3 available for pre-order!!!

Hope I have the right location at suite 200 by 8 mile. Friendly staff and I saw many good titles. The staff was hospitable and nice display store sales floor. Reminded of a location in Macomb Mall. Had limited experience with them but am now intreiged.

Went to this location after another one didnt have ANY of the 5 games we wanted, this store had them all. They were friendly, store was clean... will go back
