Total waste of time avoid at all costs. Have been waiting for a promised same day appointment for 2 weeks now. I realize that times are slightly different now but at least the company could be honest and book people in when they can actually attend. I would look for a local reliable tradesman who has some integrity.

My experience with this business deserves high marks. I am extremely satisfied with how prompt the serviceman showed up, examined my garage door. He was able to answer any question I asked, helping me to decide which door I really needed. I am satisfied with the quality of the door, and I periodically get comments about how quiet the door actually is during operation. I recommended this company. The products are on par with many other more expensive doors, and the quality of service is personalized and remarkable!

My garage door was so far off track that I thought it would be a costly repair or that the door may even have to be replaced.I made an appointment with B&M a week in advance and they gave me a 2 hour window of in between 12 & 2PM.Exactly as scheduled Kylar arrived just before 1PM, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate before he started. He had the door back on track and operational within 45 minutes and I couldn’t believe the reasonable price. I appreciate Kylar’s professionalism and knowledge.I highly recommend this company!

I left a message regarding an estimate, I was contacted in less than 24hrs. I explained the needs for my garage that had been recently repaired. I was able to schedule sooner than expected with all the delays due to COVID. Tech, Kylar M. came out, mask on ready to work. From the 1st phone call to the tech coming out very professional. Kylar was excellent in his knowledge and expertise when installing my new LiftMaster Garage door opener! He worked in 97 degree weather doing this for me until the job was done and I am proud to suggest B & M Garage Doors, Inc to everyone!

B&M was extremely professional. I called and was given an appointment the very next day. They called 30 minutes before the arrival as promised. Upon arrival, the problem was diagnosed accurately and a replacement was installed the same day within the amount of time they said it would be completed. I was very pleased as it is difficult nowadays to find a contractor handle their business. B&M was on point.

No show twice to get an estimate, while I had arranged to be home during working hours. take your business to someone who actually wants it.

Orlando was awesome, l schedule an appointment for Friday morning and on Thursday morning my door was installed, my old door removed from the property and everything was perfect. I highly recommend B&G Garage doors. Excellent customer service and craftsmanship.

My brief experience. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I was told the only time available was a week from the day. I was also told they would call 30 before my scheduled appointment. I take off work to meet them at my house, guess what? No call, no show. I decided not to do business with them based on this blatant disrespect of my time. I couldn’t see myself doing business with a construction company that can’t build a relationship with their word.
