This is so bad never buy a product by royal prestige they have awful customer service and i wish i never bought the stupid x vortex blender now im stuck with it and it couldnt even blend a ripe banana so yourself a favor and do not get involved with this horrible company

Shoplifters, the super bad things, sold me a water filter in poor condition that did not break if we did 3 times and the last one they did not come to fix it ...... they made me sign for my husband without him being present !!! In order to sell myself !!! And they threatened me by cutting they tried to intimidate me !!! Very bad service and products of questionable quality for the price ...
