Amazing experience. I went to the Rochester location. Everyone was so helpful and we found my perfect fit. I have struggled my whole life to find a bra that works. I found literally 20 bras I loved and went home with 4. Will definitely be back for more. Well worth the trip. I even met the owner while in store and she was great. Can not recommend enough.

I love this intimates boutique. Those who are top heavy will find super cute bars and lingerie at this boutique. The staff is wonderful. Its not easy to undress and try on bras in front of people, but this staff is compassionate and understanding of our bra situations!!!

I absolutely loved it there. That was the best bra shopping experience Ive had. I came in not knowing what size I was and had been breaking the underwire of my bras accidentally. I came out with two bras that fit amazingly and look so cute and sexy. It only took 30 minutes and I was excited to have so many options as a large chested woman. Thank you for your help!

The service and staff were great. However, I was not told when I bought the bra to not wash them, I was told I could wash them on a gentle cycle but advised not to dry them. So that is what I did gentle wash not dry. Unfortunately my one of my bras broke and of course good bras cost a lot of money. So I called back up there to see if there was anything they or I could do. Absolutely not the woman I spoke to was a bit rude and offstandish. I was told that all of their employees advise us not to wash them. I understand that. In this case I was not advised that. I was also told it is printed in the receipts I get that too. But since I was told verbally I could wash on a gentle cycle I thought it was okay to do so. I am a little disappointed that nothing could be worked out. Or even possibly a way to repair what has happend since of course it was a pricy piece of clothing. Once again like the store, staff and bras. Just feel things could have been worked out a bit differently then trying to get me off the phone...

It was great. Ive been coming to them for years. Ive always gone to the location on Kirby, so today was the 1st time in this location. Ive since moved out of state, but this bra shop is the only place I shop at. Great customer service, great selections, and reasonably priced. Ive lived in DC and GA and bras are either expensive or no real bra boutiques for women who need more support and coverage. Please visit this place you will not regret it 😉.

Staff was friendly..bras are over price for the quality and if your band size is pass 46 this place is not for you. Only good thing is you are measured and will no your true cup size before you leave.

All bra sizes are available from small to extra extra extra large bras and some of the BEST customer service that I have ever experienced. I found exactly what I needed.

The customer service is awesome, I started buying from Lee when she opened the first store. I keep coming back, the customer is always first. I placed an online order this week & messed up during checkout. I sent an email to the shop at 10:30 at night explaining what I did, Lee emailed me back within 30 mins & told me she would fix it. This kind of customer service is why I keep coming back.

Excellent customer service was shown to me by Emily. They are such a personable hands on type shop, which is truly a rare find. Their prices are comparable with other department stores, however you will never receive the personal touch that Busted provides. I love Busted! I am not much of a shopper, and dont have much knowledge of, nor patience with, shopping for myself. The employees were so helpful (and patient) with selecting bras based on my need for bras that are not to hot (yet provide coverage and support), that I can wear under white shirts (be modest - but cute), and dont have a scratchy texture. They kept a record of my measurements and my preferences, and I purchased a few that time. The next time I came back they looked up my record, made my selections and I was in and out of there in no time. It is a pleasure to support a small business that has great service and knowledgable staff.

I am obsessed with their stuff!! Theres such a wide range of sizes, colors, and styles, and the lingerie is to die for. I have so many robes from here its ridiculous, and I will likely never have to buy another one in my life... though I probably will. The staff is incredibly well trained, and the environment is comfortable and safe - which is incredibly important for a place like this! Highly recommend stopping in to check it out.

This place is awesome! It was shocking find out that I was wearing the wrong size bra and that was the reason it was so uncomfortable! I went to Busted for the first time yesterday and had a GREAT experience. I had never been properly fitted for a bra before and even just trying them on, I felt better than I have in years.My friend and I went to look at strapless bras, as we are both busted (yuk yuk yuk), and she is getting married in the fall. We both found strapless items that will actually do their jobs for our dresses, and the staff could not have been more helpful, fun or pleasant. I bought two more every day bras too because I was so thrilled at the fits.I cant say enough good things about this shop - if you are in the market for a bra for a special occasion, you just need a fitting, or want something pretty... definitely check Busted out!!

So glad i came here Ive never had a bra fit this well and i wasnt concerned with not finding my size and i wasnt limited to basic black, white, or nude. Ive been wearing a 42DD for years but i measured at a 46FF. I bought two bras in pretty prints with lace! The staff was very polite and helpful i was fitted by Lee and i would recommend this shop to every woman! P.S they have $5 panties!

I visited this place yesterday and an employee by the name of Blair assisted me with my fitting and my purchase of bras. It was a great experience they have reasonable prices, variety of bras and all sizes. The store is beautiful. Everyone were nice and courtesy. No more driving to Plymouth for bras. This is my new store. Taking my sister their next week.

Do not shop here if you are petite or small-chested.I wanted to love this place and to shop locally, but I will not go back. Their staff is trained to move the merchandise on their racks, not to properly fit clients.I went for a professional fitting since I am finally done breast feeding, and my size has changed. Instead of being upfront that they do not carry a size small enough for me (now A, post-babies), they squeezed me into bands four to six inches too tight with cups that were still too big. The underwires of the bras they sold me have left bruises.Buyer beware of their no-money-back policy. You can exchange unworn merchandise for 14 days for store credit, but no returns. I’m now stuck with over $200 worth of ill-fitting, uncomfortable bras. Shame on me for not being aware before I purchased. Shame on them for being unprofessional.

The ladys at Busted are AWESOME!!! I am a hard fit and I was able to not only try on multiple styles in my size but also go home with matching panties and a waist cincher. Busted is now my go to place for all my lingerie needs. No more having to buy online and not know if its actually gonna fit.

Terrible. I woke up early to go check this place out for the first time & they wouldnt even let me in. I had no idea they were only taking appointments, considering I was a first time customer. They didnt attempt to make any exceptions. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. I will never return.

I found a new bra shop!!!!!!! A real bra shop! With a fitter. A real fitter, who knows what she is doing! With my size in a variety of styles. With the ease of ordering more styles in my size. Reasonably priced. I am so thrilled!

All the Ladies there were AWESOME at helping me out :) they really made this experience awesome. They also have a clearance room outside of the hallway too. Its expensive but they fit you for the perfect bra so $80 is probably worth it. I mean we wear them all day everyday. It was a cute little shop that had everything, even sex toys.

I had a great experience at Busted Bra Shop! I was in desperate need of a proper fitting and Rachel was great. It was recommended that I come early for a fitting since I was visiting on a Saturday. I got there shortly after opening and was in a fitting room within 5 minutes of my arrival. Rachel was so patient measuring me and trying different back and cup sizes until the perfect fit was achieved. What a difference a properly-fitted bra makes! I purposely waited a week to write this review so I could wear my new bras during a normal week of 9 hour workdays. They have performed well and I am very happy. I look forward to returning soon and recommending this shop to family, friends, and coworkers. Parking tip: if you are planning to spend the afternoon in the area, theres a $7 lot behind the DIA off of John R between Fredrick and Farnsworth.

First visit. More of a lingerie shop. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Great for larger busted ladies. Wait for fittings was over an hour. Only one fit specialist available. Selection great but im sure I could find my sizes at Nordstrom. Went on black Friday and received a discount. Would go back for special occasion.
