Wow. First class service here. Had the pleasure of working with Eric. Not only was his product knowledge great, he was just a gentleman. Eric set my shop up with a 8,000 Lbs Toyota forklift. Because of the size of facility, he recommended a compact version. This big forklift fits in places my little 3,000 Lbs Hyster don’t. I am super impressed with this product. These guys are thieves! They came out and said it was trash in my tank. So I drained the tank.they came back out, it ran for one day and they said I didnt do a good job on cleaning the tank. So, I called RESPONSE. FORKLIFT they repaired it and its been running every since. It was air in the lines
