Heres a story for you. Im a new rider and bought an 18 year old Harley Fat Boy from a local dealership. It has a Twin Cam 88 and Ive read just enough to be nervous about the engine exploding from cruddy chain tensioners. So, rather than ask the dealership that sold me the bike to tell me whats up, I began to look for an independent. So I dropped by C&T to chat, not on my bike.It turns out Brad not only knew the bike from my description, but he also worked on it in the past. Then, without me asking, he contacted the previous owner, found out the bike already had an upgrade and then called me to let me know I had zero worries. This before I spent one dollar with him yet.I think I just found my trusted mechanic. Thanks, Brad.

The owner takes customer service to exceptional levels. I never felt pressured into any upgrades or service. He thoughtfully explained and walked through all of the options for the upgrades I wanted. Everything was done timely and efficiently at the price quoted. Brad makes an effort to go beyond business and is cultivating a neighborhood shop feel to bolster the motorcycle community.

Great small business appeal. Owner - Rider - Mechanic owned. Very knowledgable and friendly . Stocks helmets - Gloves, and can order most accessories for any bike. Domestic preferred . Takes my Yamaha out of the equation lol, but I would still go here instead of the big box stores.
