It was so nice to have someone that is excited about informing others about the new technology and services that are out there! So many to choose from it can be overwhelming. So a HUGE thank you to Garrett and the staff for such a wonderful, fun, and stress free experience. I was recently a straight talk customer and they were never able to answer any questions I had about the phones, plans, etc. If there was anyone around at all to answer any questions. Very irritating and extremely stressful. I am so happy I switched over to Verizon! Best decision I have ever made! Thanks again for everything! I have been too many Verizon stores but the Verizon store in downtown Devils Lake Topps all of them. I spent a good amount of time with Garrett this afternoon buying a brand new phone and projector and he helped me set it up and made sure that I knew what I was doing before I left the store. Could not ask for better customer care. Jeremiah as well has helped me in the past with issues and they are absolutely amazing. I now send everybody that needs to go to Verizon to their store just because of the quality of the customer service and customer care that they provide to us.

Honestly best Verizon Store in town. One of the best Ive ever been to actually (I used to work for Verizon mind you) JJ, Jerry, and Garrett are some of thee finest reps around! Very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! They even opened the door for me when I walked in. It felt like I walked into a 5 star hotel. Cant best this place. Go get an upgrade and experience it for yourself!

The expierance that the person that helped me did not know more then I did on what my issue was. I had to go to another Verizon store to get the answer that I needed to understand the issue that was going on.Edited 2020They have better staff in place now that is more helpful and one staff is one that I do trust to make sure I have the information needed.

Sadie Wentz helped me set up my phone. I came in at 6pm and she took care of everything. Did I mention she stayed an extra hour and 15 mins past closing to make sure my phone was all taken care of? She did an excellent job and went above and beyond with helping me!

Garrett and Jeremiah helped me get out of a phone I was paying for that I didnt like, and upgrade into a new one. I never expected Verizon reps to be so transparent with things like pricing etc..i really felt I wasnt being sold to and it was a breath of fresh air. 10/10 coming back again. Their store isnt as big as the other one, but the service is 100% better

I do all my cell phone business here. The general manager is a great guy and is always willing to help. All other employees are very knowledgeable and are quick to help.

Went in with a simple issue and was fixed fast and efficiently. Will be coming back here in the future and avoiding the other store at all costs. The young men in this store are very professional and make you feel like a guest and not just another paying customer to benefit them.

I was recently visiting Devils Lake from Denver and had an issue with my previous carrier, Sprint, turning off my data as we told we used too much roaming. We decided to switch to Verizon and went to Bemobile. We were porting in three lines from Sprint and one from AT&T. Despite all the frustrations and run arounds we received from Sprint and AT&T, Jeremiah was great and very customer focused. He worked with us for over six hours to get the phones working. This included multiple phone calls to Verizon and Sprint. He went above and beyond and we really appreciate how friendly he was the whole day and the time he spent trying to resolve the issues.

Jeremiah is simply amazing! I always get the most quick and reliable service when I take my phone to him! If you ever think about going elsewhere dont, go to that store!

I did not have a good experience. I was in for a promotion. They never did follow through with items promised. When I called the store regarding the password for my unlocked screen, I was scolded. The guy finally did admit he changed my password. This caused me to lose a lot of my pictures and data. I will never go back to this store.

Loved having the girls help me through getting me a new phone.

Went to minot and got screwed up phone, the Garrett helped me for hours fixing this on and off the clock. They didnt try to sell me anything, just tried fixing my old phone which I liked. I still ended up having to get a new phone but I was still happy doing it despite the frustration Ive had with Verizon and the old phone.

Stood out in the waiting area for over 20 minutes yesterday and the Gentlemen that was out front was very polite. Helped everyone as he could. The part that really made me upset was I could here the “manager” on his phone laughing about useless nonsense when he should of been helping us customers in my opinion.
