I was impressed with the service and the advisement of the tires that I should purchase! Love my new tires and they engage the smooth ride that was lacking with my original tires. Manager Francisco was so kind and squeezed me in right away after I had been stuck on the 60 fwy for an hour and a half with my dog in the heat of summer. They couldnt help me entirely because whatever I hit on the middle lane of the highway bent my rim and slashed my tire so the new tire wouldnt fit on the bent rim, but Francisco called a guy who repairs rims and asked him if he could help me before he closed in less than an hour. He did and what would have taken 5 more days to replace got repaired in the same day. A very difficult day was highlighted by the kindness of Francisco and the guys in his shop and also by Ernesto at So Cal Wheels. All very nice humans. Thank you for making a hard day a little easier.

My son had a small incident with his passenger rear tire. We were shopping for 4 tires to replace them all as it was on our radar. I called American Tire Depot and spoke with Sherry who went above and beyond to assist. Even followed up as the tires I originally requested they were having issues to stock. Sherry called me back and provided me with other options and the tire price with wheel alignment did not increase and the tires ar high performance. Once my son arrived to the shop the staff were very friendly and kept my son up to date and everyone at the shop were extremely friendly. I would definitely go through them first for my next set of tires for my other vehicles. Thank you for everything!!

Always great service. I only came for tires, but service and prices are good on all their other services. I try to use them for whatever I can. Good crew. Theyre always busy. Just know your patience is greatly appreciated, and will go a long way when theyre slammed.

We had a blow out on the 57 freeway and had to be towed here. Frank was so SUPPORTIVE. He looked out for us. He was honest and had the chance to over charge us, but he didnt. Everyone there was friendly, informative and fast. I would recommend this place to everyone especially if you looking for an HONEST business.

Went in for an oil change and rotation. Eduardo was straight and to the point. I told him that I might need new tires. Told me hed check and to come back later. He finished up earlier than he estimated. He said that I could get a little more out of my tires, and if I was interested, I could come back to talk. Overall great experience and I will come back when I need new tires.

Brought in for my 3 yrs alignment after installing new struts, rear axles, and new wheels and tires. Got the CRV all back into specs. Appreciate the business ang getting in done in less than an hour.

There work was satisfactory. They were very pleasant during the check in. Reasonably priced. Ive been taking my car there for repairs for some time now. Havnt tried there tires though.

Honestly I don’t really leave reviews and when i do i try to be fair bc I know these are businesses. I went in to mount only 2 tires which should be a quick 30 minute job at max. They had me wait 2 hours. They also had to take my car for a drive to test the tires and they scraped my bumper on the way out of the plaza. When I get home I had to leave again for work and realized they left my car battery on for the whole 2 hours when they werent even working on it and it killed my battery so i couldnt even start my car anymore. Honestly, kinda disappointed with the service.

Service writers were very helpful. Had front brakes worked on. The rotors are not stock, and took a while to find the correct ones. They kept me in the loop on the search for the rotors. Parts were found service was done all is well.

Just changed set of front tires for my Corvette today.Price is much cheaper than any other competitive stores including Costco. Not only the price, the service was outstanding and the sales person, Mike Hernandez was very friendly and informative.However I noticed that they made BIG scratches on both front wheels that are noticeable while changing to new tire set.

I fully recommend them and I also recommend getting their warranty on new tires; Saved me over $200 on a tire punctured by a screw on the sidewall.

Got 4 new tires. With appointment less than 24 hours ahead, was done less than 3 hours time as my tires were delivered after my appointment time.Suggest making an appointment 2 days ahead and have store confirm your ordered tires are at store before appointment. May save some waiting time. Today was not bad considering on a previous occasion, had to wait half a day from checking in to paying because of late delivery and back log of vehicles.

My first time using American Tire depot. They have good prices for oil change and air filters. They didnt try to sell me things I dont need or up charge me because Im a woman. Will go back again.

Took car in to get brakes done they said the brakes needed to get done and told me 400.00 to get them done. Took it somewhere else they said the brakes are ok they dont need to be changed. So customers beware of them telling you that you need a expensive repair they lie.

I had four tires replaced and balanced and aligned. I called in and Dave was very helpful and friendly assisted me provided me a quote. Everyone there was personable, knowledgeable and helpful ! Employee’s wore masks and had plexi glass at the front guard at the front desk. They also do oil changes there which is a plus. I highly recommend American tire depot. Unlike Costco, American tire depot does not alignments. Last time I purchased tires from Costco, I had to take to a separate tire shop for an alignment. They give a military discount. They had a buy three tires get one free tire offer. FYI, Discounts/special offers cannot be combined.

We have our tires replaced in American tire depot diamond bar, to support our local business, the price they offered are very competitive, we are very happy with the service and tires we got.I did not give a 5star do to after we got car, found out that, the glove box was so messy, some one tried very hard to search for some valuable staff. luckily, we did not loss anything today.maybe it is a common idea, do NOT put any valuable belonging in your car when the car is out of your control.

Went to get a tire replacement, beware of the prices they offer. At first I was told the price would be $180 for one tire. After I told the guy I’ve been to this place, the guy told me the price is $100. Even tho it’s still expensive, I had no choice because it was an emergency.

***CONSUMER BEWARE!!!******CONSUMER BEWARE!!!***One star is to much! Took my car in for the first time for what I thought would be a simple oil change and tire rotation. May 28, 2019. All seemed well, I was never told any different upon picking up my car and in my paperwork received. However, now Aug. 6, 2019 went to get a tire repaired and could not find wheel lock, was not in with spare tire. Then noticed that the 4 lug nuts, (originals) were taken out of storage container. Then the tire technician opened each tire and saw that the locking lug nut was missing from all four tires. So, its been 2 months and a week driving all around with a missing lug nut on every wheel. This is huge for America Tire Depot to allow customers to drive around with missing lug nuts on their tires. Never was it noted anywhere that wheel lock was lost nor missing lug nut from each tire. They allowed me to be driving around putting myself, all other drivers plus any passengers in my car at HUGE RISK -DRIVING WITH A MISSING LUG NUT ON EVERY TIRE.***CONSUMER BEWARE!!!******CONSUMER BEWARE!!!******CONSUMER BEWARE!!!***

Hour and a half to replace tires during “non-busy hours” (according to them), especially considering you can’t sit inside and have to wander around until it’s ready.The buy 3 get 1 free deal on tires is thanks to the overcharge in instillation. That’s why the service is mandatory for the “promotion”.Customer service was rude, not sure if they’re just having a bad day or what. I’ve never had to write a bad review in my life. Find another tire place, too many out there for this stress to be worth it.

Nice guys but ended up buying my wheels and tires elsewhere( Feb 2017). Took too long to get me what I needed at a good price. Never got the call backs I was promised..went online and had gear shipped and mounted 3 days later..tire rack. will probably try them again for shocks or something. If that doesnt work will close the credit card out. I will say I bought a full set of wheels and tires (Oct 2016) from them and that install and those people at the time did a great job - it took a couple days to get everything in on that install but it went well overall price and time wise..

Wait time was decent and staffs were helpful.Two months ago I visited another location for my leaking front right, the supervisor there tried to oversell me a set of four tires. I didn’t take it because my rear two were ok so they pump up the tire and didn’t bother to repair for me!A few weeks later I got a real flat tire on rear right(big nail) so this time I decide to replace all fours and came to this location which is closer to me. They were kind enough to repair the leaking front right and Dave only suggested to replace two tires, since this vehicle is to be drive less than 10miles everyday. I mean they look into it and do not oversell which for sure wins my recommendation to everyone.

We ordered the tires we needed on Monday and had them installed on Tuesday. All went well but the person working the store area could have used some help. It was just him trying to help the people standing in the socially distanced line and juggling phone calls. It was like that when we brought the car in and when we picked it up.

I was losing air very slowly for a couple of months. Took it to one other shop, but couldnt find a leak. Took it to this place, and they fixed it up for me. Best of all, they did it FREE of charge. What more can you ask for?

They did my alginment there and they have a 3 month warranty if anything goes wrong with the alignment, I can just take it back and they will fix it!I took my Jeep in for an alignment and right after I was hearing a metal rubbing sound and I thought it was because of the alignment. I went back like an hour later and they checked it, It had nothing to do with the alignment but they still fixed noise that it was making.

I came in on a rainy day to shop for new tires. It was an hour before they closed but I was going to bring it in the next day on my day off. I was helped right away with tire recommendations and scheduled the following day at opening. After removing my tires and inspecting, leakage was found on my struts. I ended getting struts and shocks replaced as well on my 70k mileage vehicle. Overall great customer experience with knowledgable techs.
