Been here twice already and satisfied with my experiences!I have only ordered via mobile app and the drinks come out QUICK. The app is accurate--within 4-7 minutes!Today I ordered a Venti Strawberry Acai Refresher with light ice and it was DELICIOUS. I am currently obsessed with their refreshers.Only -1 star because the previous time I ordered I wanted soy milk in my latte, but this store was out so I had to sub oat milk instead. They were still out of soy milk when I wanted to order an iced latte today but thats okay--I ordered this delicious refresher instead! I am an iced vanilla soy latte fanatic so that made me a little bummed, but the drink with oat milk was still OK.I have yet to order in person or through their drive through. But I am satisfied with the mobile experience! Thank you staff for what you do!! I plan to keep coming back and ordering via the mobile app again and again when Im in the area (:
My friend wanted a snack so this happened to be the only spot in the area since its mostly residential once you go southbound on Diamond Bar Blvd past Pathfinder. So glad we stopped & I wish I remembered her name the young lady doing the drive through. She was so pleasant & cheerful just full of positive vibes. Great service & left wanting to return.
Two cups of American coffee on the phone, then drove to the store for five minutes, waited in the store for five minutes, and after everyone who arrived at the shop late than me took it, no one paid attention to me again! Two cups of American coffee will have been put in the pick-up area long ago! Just order coffee on the phone for convenience and speed. I dont want to wait! The staff in black asked the whites to get coffee first.
I’ve been to this location a few times since moving. They didn’t have the food I wanted, and they messed up on my drink when they had the correct drink title literally printed on the side of the cup. *face palm* Not going to this site anymore. Go somewhere else.
I would like to tell anyone that needs to learn this; longer wait times can be due to many different factors, like an out of order machine or just the sheer amount of customers at the time. This does NOT give you the right to cuss out employees and throw their tips and merchandise everywhere like a raging child. If youre really in a rush, then use the Starbucks app and order ahead rather than act like an insolent human being 😄The employees that dealt with this man-child have my respects

I like this place and it is always good customers service. The staff is always kind and responsive. This is a great place to visit!
With a friendly staff, good coffee, and clean restrooms, its a decent place to study or do some light work. The tables on the sides have wireless chargers and wall outlets to keep your devices topped up. Some of the tables and chairs are a little cramped though.
Its a nice Starbucks with a friendly staff, usually easy to get in and out of so long as you avoid the 9am and 3pm rushes

While I’ve previously had good experiences at this location, they’ve recently been struggling to keep up their quality and service standards. When my girlfriend asked for her drink to be made with soy milk, she was given one with normal milk which is a problem since she’s very lactose intolerant(hence the soy milk). She spent the next few hours in pain and had to skip class because of a barista’s simple negligence. An easy mistake to make, but a very dangerous one. Today I decided to give it another shot, but the soy milk used in my drink was old and chunky: pretty much undrinkable. Good Wifi, friendly baristas, but I would suggest that milk alternatives be stored and monitored properly in order to avoid serving spoiled goods. The importance of getting substitute ingredients right should also be reinforced to the baristas to avoid allergic reactions.
I needed help using my Starbucks app to for the first time, the clerk was very helpful to this Senior Citizen. I recommend this one.
They ran out of cold brew and my iced coffee was not what I expected but it was ok the wait was long very busy time of day and all the school kids there but staff was very nice and got us our drinks as quickly as they could

They only open with drive-through but with a big : we are open sign in front, so many people confused and try go in.and its not easy to see the drive-through lane too......

Busy on weekends and serene weekdays. Located in a strip mall across from The Country Estates. Drive thru/walk in location with bathrooms lon the East side of the building. Classic L shaped design.This location (time dependent) is one the few that is a thoughtful place for exchanges with friends, future friends or family. A patio is outside for sunny exchanges. Wifi is free.With careful observation and planning this location may serve the most discriminating academic, attorney or physician scientist. Diamond Bar is a fiscally sound city and close to the O.C.
One if my favorite Starbucks to study at during highschool which was 6 years ago now. Still a nice place to study and they have drive through.
