There is a lady (maybe Hispanic or Indian decent) that works there in the morning during the week that has a nasty attitude. She needs people training. I noticed that it wasnt only toward me but towards other people in line as well. I thought maybe that one time she was having a bad day, but nope it happens often. The 2 stars is because the store is neat but her people skills suck.

Its pretty hilarious that so many people encourage supporting local business but when you go in there, the employees have bad attitudes like youre bothering them by going in and shopping. I have no pity of these businesses and its time for them to shut down for new businesses to open. There are so many places in socal to put my money.

Last night after we stopped at 7-Eleven on Diamond bar Boulevard and Montefino. Had a small carry Lululemon bag with my personal items in it. Put it on the counter to pay for my in store goods. Indian man (Jagveer) asked me twice if something was in my bag. Confused, I answered no both times. He then pulled the bag to look in it. I went off. My girlfriend Jasmine went off. You don’t touch peoples personal belongings and worst profile them. I walked out. Got the corporate number. 😡 Writing a letter I’m posting a Yelp & Google review.

I honestly dont know what peoples problems are with saying that people get attitudes at this specific 7 Eleven, but I always have a positive experience, and nobody is ever rude to me. Dont judge people by the book if you want to give an attitude take yours elsewhere.

I have spent many months in this shop, my English is not very good, and then the staff here discriminates against my language, is an old man, and his English is also very poor, the service attitude is very bad, I will never go again Up

Dont come here in the mornings if your looking to load up your card cash lotto anything having to do with transactions Ive came plenty of times after the mornings never have had a problem only in the mornings might not be the system down just the system that employees likes to run dont waste your time here people trust you will always get the same response.

Well...guess I am not the only one to rate the customer service low. The woman behind the counter was angry to begin with, then she displayed her anger and dismissiveness when I questioned her about a transaction. I tried to smooth it over so she would calm down. It did not work. So I told her I was never going to come back and she said she didnt care. Wow.

Coffe wasnt fresh. The store looked dirty. Be careful with the morning lady, She has very poor customer service. She is very rude. My concern is why 7-11 corporate isnt doing anything about the issue. They need to open there eyes. I been a customer at this store for over 10 years, and I have never had an experience like this.

June works at this 7/11 watch out for her. She is moody, loud, rude and talks down to customers! Threatens and tries to intimidate customers all the time. Even her co-workers let her get away with her behavior as though they are scared of her. No customer service at all! She needs to be FIRED ASAP! June wants to act all tough with customers....go get a graveyard shift at a store where theft, drunks and crazy things happen at night.

It only gets one star because they have what I want. This visit was a Sunday at 8 a.m. the female attendant does not promote a good customer experience.I flat-out asked her if she was unhappy with her life in general or just working makes her unhappy? She was condescending and rude with such a phony attitude, disposition, body language and smile.I spent nearly $70 on this visit and she had no concept of me returning as a customer keeps her in a job

I visited this 711 around 2:15pm Sunday the 23rd and I had the worst customer service ever from a retail cashier. She was rude, very busy with everything but, paying attention to customers. She never said hello or thank you only next. I gave her $50.00 and the change from my transaction was $30.00, if I did not ask for the change, she actually placed the $30.00 change under the lotto machine and did not have any plan of given me my change. I told her that if she had been working for me, she would have been fired on the spot. She had no comments and got more upset and her face turned red. I hope that she gets fired ASAP. Its too bad I could not post this without one star.

The fat Indian lady has some serious attitude and anger issues, but aside from her the other employees haven’t given me too much trouble besides being very lazy. During nights they stay in the back and sit by their computer without even noticing I’m in there, but nothing can explain how horrible that lady is.

Jagveer was very rude, walked in late after a long day of working with my coworker, he immediately questioned our reason for being there. We came in for snacks but were verbally harassed for absolutely nothing and told that he doesnt have the time to stand at the counter all night for us to decide on what we wanted. Mind you we hadnt been in the building for more than 30 seconds. Before he ushered us to leave, I looked at his name tag, to which he remarked that the cameras were watching us.All of this was completely unwarranted as we were not acting suspicious or giving him any reason to think that of us, also we hadnt been in the store long enough for him to create a perseption of us that would make him act that way. This review isnt really worth a star rating moreso Id hope a company would pick and choose their workforce a little better and stress the importance of proper coworker to customer interaction.

Super Rude, free slurpee day and she made everyone get in a single file line yelled that we had to have the lid on and she picked our flavor...all cotton candy​ only... She poured for us then tld us to leave the store.. ok fine well never be back...ever. also our whole team practices I. D. Bar a could.times a week always passing this place. Ill be happy to remind them not to shop here. Wed rather go to the extra mile at the gas station...they are much friendlier.

Very dirty. Trash on floor. Counters near food and beverages appeared to not have been wiped in days. Been to many 7/11 and this is the only one Ive found to be this disgusting.

Stupid lady let my taquitos fall from my bag to the counter where its full of germs & I told her I want to exchange that dirty one to a new one, and she told me I was more dirty then the counter . Super rude!!!!!! I did not pay for the taquitos I rejected them she gave me grumpy face& still said I was dirty !!! Also since the beginning she had attitude shes not friendly

Very rude workers. Place stinks. The ugly lady who worked 12/4/17 3:35 pm....aside from being rude...shes also a liar. ...go somewhere else....they dont deserve your business....they should know that the customers are the ones that gets the business going....sorry folks..my family will no longer have your business....Ill spread the word to my friends too....
