I didnt think to post this review until my friends encouraged me to write it.A couple of months ago I went late night shopping looking for socks at Kmart for a friend. I got confused with the sizing and so I approached a worker who looked to be my age. As she was SO KINDLY helping me, a man who I assumed to have higher authority (a lot older by the looks of it) told me to SO VERY RUDELY shoo and let her get back to her job. That is no way to treat a customer. Fire him and hire people who actually know hospitality.
Alway can find some cheap and good stuff here.
A bit of a walk to get to the entry. Too many cafes and eaterys. There is effectively NO customer service. Staff dont know and dont care. Its time consuming if your in a hurry, better off to go somewhere else that is more convenient and helpful.
Cant even answer the phone!
Be better if you could locate a staff member on the floor to help with a query

Good store with great homewares. But why oh why do you have your checkout in the middle of the store. Also you trolleys are a terrible design as I kept hitting my toes on the wheels. Doesnt happen anywhere else!
Kmart, Same as any other Kmart. Bright, roomy and plenty stock and choices to suit your needs

Kmart Casuarina. Is still Reliable to shop for Household Goods. Like Kitchen Accessories.Also Pillows, Towels Clothing. Fishing Gear is Not Bad . Checkout is Good for Self Service or Checkout. It Really Depends on What you want to buy. Kmart is well known in Australia for many many Years.

I mainly go to coolalinga but when i do go in, the clearance shelf is full of things i can fix up
One worker in particular was unhelpful and dismissive despite Kmarts usual great customer service. Told me she was busy then later proceeded to ignore me when she knew I was still looking for something. Other staff were helpful though but still disappointed.

The items are about what youd expect for a Kmart, but the biggest reason this place feels different to other Kmarts, are the staff. Theyre friendly, super helpful, and very knowledgeable on their products.Ive visited this Kmart several times over this year and all of their team members are extremely helpful. At times, they recommend better alternatives to the items Ive originally come in to purchase. It amazes me that each person can be so consistent with their recommendations and their knowledge on what I needed as a customer. If I could rate this store higher than a 10/10 I would.Theyve gone above and beyond for me on serval occasions, and thats why you should shop here.

The trolley guy is very hard working guy..i saw many times in the shopping centre when i go to kmart the trolley bay always full of trolley never empty
A good range of products however most produces are fairly overpriced considering their cheap manufacturing. Staff can sometimes be friendly, but not always.
Tourist here from interstate. Travelled from Darwin to Casuarina for clothes shopping, didnt have anything in my size rip. Went to bigw same thing, finally found something in Lowes. Guess first impressions mean something.

Terribly understocked. New layout is like a maze. The old layout was a lot more organized encouraging more shopping because you could browse the whole store without getting lost.

Kmart has so much home decor available now. On trend and good value. Good range of dog costumes if you have fur babies. I dont like the quality of the clothes or the fit but all else is worth a visit.

Not enough time to walk to centre, go to the toilet, and do my grocery shopping. Let alone shop at Kmart.Sorry Kmart, I dont think Ill be shopping again at Casuarina Centre.A shame its just been renovated.When I left at 1.30 pm there were 86 parking spots available.Hello.???????
It basically has opportunity (op) shop prices, making it easy to get lost into making subsequent purchases.Update, 27th April 2021: I purchased a $15 iPad 9.7 inch folio case and an $8 iPad 9.7 inch tempered glass screen protector (JB: Hi-Fi sells an equivalent tempered glass screen protector for $39.95) for an early Mothers Day present for my Mum and she appreciates it.The insane value for affordable products at Kmart is what consistently draws me to it as a customer. Youll always leave pleased with your purchase (as long as youve done your research ahead of time).
Even with covid supply issues, theyre managing to keep stock levels as much as possible.I was greeted as I entered, found my item easily, paid and was farewelled at the door!
Kmart is still a good place to shop even though there are some stock shortages due to Covid-19

Most of the shelves are empty and limited stock for electronics for kitchen. But pricing are very affordable with good quality.
The home appliances section honestly doesnt make much sense to me in how its laid out. Theres currently a lot of Easter chocolate in stock and no deals stood out to me when I went through.

Its Kmart. Standard Kmart things just in the location of Casurina. Reasonably priced with reasonable stock to sell. I have ventured to this location numerous times and have also made purchases of fine produce to display through out my house hold.

This is another place that doesnt have any stock round the year even if you find something its only one piece left.
Cheap reasonable quality (you get what you pay for, but with these guys we get better than what we pay for sometimes). Warranty extremely reasonable refund or return. Really good staff.
Great range of cheap products ranging from clothes to basic furniture and appliances. My only real complaint is that it can take them a while to restock. Also, the quality matches the price, dont expect anything to really last. Other than that a generally a good place to shop.

I go to this kmart regularly and always find what I want. So much variety and interesting things to purchase.I went there this afternoon and there was an amazing door greeter. Genuinely saying hello to every customer and wishing them a great night with a smile on her face. I didnt catch her name but it was today 08/01/2020 at 5.50pm. She really goes above and beyond with her job. Thank you, your kind welcome has made my day!
Great place to pick up supplies
As you would expect. Staff are all young for the most part I suppose to save on wages etc. People on the door are usually fairly lax on checking goods as you leave, perhaps they are more focused on suspect individuals. The design of the floor layout makes it slightly inconvenient/inefficient to process sales and leave in a fluid motion but its nothing insurmountable
Can always find what I want for a good price. I like the new look and layout is better than the old one. Only negative is that there always seem to be empty shelves like every single time that I visit especially around the house decor section. They also removed the DVDs whats up with that?
Its an affordable store to shop at.
We came early in a monday morning around 9am and the store was not yet busy. There were lots of team members going around busy restocking the shelves and they were all quite helpful when we asked them for products. Great time to drop by the store.
While I totally understand the competition and being relevant in the marketplace, Kmart can also take advantage, through customer experience, of having just one player they compete with in Darwin. Apart from value products, they should also experiment with niche products which I feel is an open canvas.

Got what I wanted quickly and cheaper than expected but line up was like a scene out of ApocalyptoThe size of the store compared to amount of checkouts.... and whats with middle of the store cheçkouts....
Would be better if they sold weather appropriate clothing. Its cold in Melbourne, not here.
