This is a fantastic place! Went there today to have something notarized. Everyone is extremely helpful and they all work together. Everyone was greeted as they came in, then you get in and out very quickly. Professional and knowledgeable staff! This is my new place to go.

This place is nice.. however... lol DO NOT RETURN EXPENSIVE THINGS FROM AMAZON HERE! so far Ive returned polarized folding raybans, call of duty series x, galaxy watch 3, and a nintendo switch.. Amazon never got them.. and the tracker basically showed they never left the store lol

The staff are so friendly and helpful.Unfortunately I can not say the same for the owner.I was trying to ship a poster 27x40. I had made an attempt to make my own box. Due to uneven corners, the cost was way off.I purchased a box from ups store that would work. I paid $32When I asked if I could repack the poster in the store the manager/ owner said I would be charged the cost of tape and any bubble wrap I would use. She did offer to repack it for me, but there would be a fee.My point to writing this is that after I over paid for a box, I would have been given some consideration or perhaps a discount to use any shipping supplies but NO!!! I asked the manager if she would at least discount the tape and she said no.I drove back home repacked it and shipped it usps.I am Truly DISGUSTED that in this time of need that the manager would be more understanding.I will never return to this store and if I ever need to, I will go to the small shopping store next to Albertsons.For anyone reading this beware!!!!They will nickel and dime you!!!!!

I have been their customer for 3 years and extremely happy with their service. The staff is well trained and they try to serve me immediately. They have never lost any packages and go out of their way to help me.I am so thankful for them. Sometimes they do get busy but the staff juggles a couple of customers at a time to make sure that no one has to wait. There is always a smile on them and they always guide me and give me tips on how to make sure I never miss a UPs pickup even if I am running against time and have gone out of their way to hold the driver just to make sure I do not miss my pickup.

Bought 20 stamps. He said we charge a little more and wouldn’t tell me price at post office. His price was $13.80. Post office is ~$10. BUYER BEWARE!! I won’t give them any business in future. I hate greed!

The staff there are arrogant and not helpful at all. When you have large parcel, you have to put it on the scale yourself and put it to the place where they told you to. They just stand there and click the mouse for you, thats all. The worst experience with UPS.

Dont normally review places, but the worker there (Neeta) really did a good job in multi-tasking and handling multiple customers. Not something you see from the hired help now a days!
