Very helpful. Try looking up parts before arriving. They will get or order what you need quickly. Great prices also. And where else can you get parts for a 35 year old riding mower?

Highly disappointed in this store! I bought a riding mower this past Friday, got lucky it was last in stock. Take it home, cover it up... tried to mow yesterday and it wouldnt start, thats when I also realize they had loaded up the wrong mower! I bought a 42 deck but they loaded up a 46 deck. Spoke to them today, told them about the mower mix up and said Id be happy to pay the difference in order to keep the mower & see about getting it looked at (to see why it wouldnt start). I get to store and I told Id have to pay for a tech to look at it, my warranty was for 90 days only (but told upon purchase it was 1 year) & I could buy the 500.00 3 year extended warranty (gorgeous free tech call our)!!! Seriously?!?!That dang mower never started or acted like it wanted to and I HAVE to pay for it to be fixed? No thanks, you can keep your mower, Ill spend my money elsewhere

Service was great, other big brands never carry “parts” in-house anymore. I can always find what I need, fast. It’s a shame this store is closing soon, they’ll be GREATLY missed.

It took over 4 minutes ringing for the staff to answer the phone. When I told them I had a Craftsman pressure washer that needs repair and the warranty had expired they suggested that it would be best to take it to my local mom and pop repair; very disappointing.

Staff at the counter are very unhelpful and rude. Absolutely no knowledge of parts they sale and horrendous customer service. I will never do business there again.
