I wont ever be using Mcree Ford again for any service. Cynthia at the front desk is unprofessional. They should consider hiring a new person that actually provides updates on vehicle status. Ill be recommending USAA no longer do business with this establishment. So disappointed.Finally received my vehicle back after months of waiting and my lights no longer work. It appears that they cut the wiring while working on the back end of my vehicle. Save yourself the time and take your vehicle somewhere else.

I was involved in an accident and had my truck towed there. McRee collision to the time to look at my truck and get everything started as far contacting insurance and myself. In the end I ended up having my vehicle moved to another shop but only did so because of insurance circumstances. All of the people in the collision department were very professional and courteous. Will definitely consider using them in the future.

I was side swipped one morning and went to multiple body shops to try to get it fixed. I came here because it was close to home. I couldnt have made a better choice . My man Cody F. And his guys made sure everything was up to new specs or better. He kept me informed on everything they did . He went above and beyond customer satisfaction. Painful is the word I will use for our experience. They struggle to communicate what our damage was, they struggled to work with our insurance provider, and the dealership basically held our car hostage and forced us to use their body shop due to some really unfortunate circumstances. It’s a shame because their sales people do a great job of working with customers. Don’t just stay away from them, RUN!

McRee did repair for our Ford Edge after someone rear ended the car in a parking lot. The work was first class and done in a timely manner. The staff is also first class.

I recently contacted the collision center by phone. The person receiving the call was good. I asked to speak to a specialist to get an estimate on replacing the drivers side door on my 2013 e250. She said I would receive a call back. Next day no call. Went through same process. No call at all. I have purchased a new car at Mcree just over a year ago. Due to the lack of professionalism by the collision center I will not buy my next one here. There are plenty of other dealers, and Collision Centers around.

Couldn’t be happier. Had to set an appointment, but in the middle of this pandemic madness, no problem. Took the car in and explained the problem. Car needed annual inspection and oil change along with fixing the transmission problem. Was ready in short time. Problem was covered by warranty. Paid for the inspection and oil and on my way! Great!!

They were very supportive of the scheduling challenges I had. They even installed an item which I provided (replacement door handle) and only charged labor.I was happy to see that they were setup for social distancing with separation spots marked on the floor.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dealership as I have with this one. I called about my AC not working. I called James the person I bought the car from he had Brian call me and that was it. Fixed ASAP and I am very happy with the service. He even washed my car. I will definitely recommend you.

It seems like they only put Freon in my car and they did not fix the thing that I brought it in for. My A/C still blows hot air out of the drivers side and cold air from the passenger side. However when it’s on max cool it’ll blow cold air on both sides but that’s the only time it blows cold air on the drivers side.

Took my f150 in for ac problems. Ac was still doing what I put it in for so took it back found out my warranty had expired and had to pay 550.00 to have the problem solved.Also took the same truck in due to low freon they said I had a bad high pressure hose leaking paid over 20000 to have replaced. Now there is a leak in my evaporator radiator on the side the hose was replaced going to cost over 700.00 to repair.Was a loyal customer of Mcgree Ford but now going to find another mechanic for all my repairsIf the repairs had been done correctly the first time it would of been covered on my warranty I paid for

Had a bed liner sprayed in on a new truck. It was done in one day and they did an excellent job. All bolts were removed from the bed and the liner sprayed, leaving a very clean and professional look.

Quick lane was simple to get appointment. I was on time and they were on time. 15 minutes for inspection and oil change and tire rotation. Car returned with plastic protection on wheel and driver seat. I assume it was sanitized for Covid protection.

Have been going to Quick Lane for years and will keep going in the future. Mcree staff do a great job.

I camein for a recall on my vehicle. They came back telling me that was not the problem. If I got a paper showing that was the recall then how come they are saying different. I will not be going back to that dealership. I dont like the experience I had there.

I have the premium extended warranty for my 2014 Ford F 250 King Ranch truck with 43400 miles, my truck is kept under a carport, when I found my power window on my rear window was rusted underneath the plastic molding, I felt it should be covered under my bumper to bumper warranty, but was denied when taken in to dealership for repairs, the quote for replacement was over $800.00, two other problems were taken care of on this visit, I had peeling paint on the side of my truck a few years back and that was covered.
