In town from Arizona and had to get a few shirts early in the morning. Hands down the friendliest target my family has ever been into! Everyone said hello to us and made sure we were doing alright, with smiles all around! From the Starbucks employees to the morning manager, top tier customer service!

Usually I enjoy my experience in this store. I come in here once a week and buy my stepdaughter a gift card from star bucks, then some groceries, then shop around and finish by letting my kids look at all the toys and books and buy a bag of chips. Sometimes I have bought so much I pay and then come back in to shop to have room in my cart. However, even if I only bought a lollipop I still dont think thats reason to treat your shoppers so rude. The cashier was very rude to me. She was gossiping about me to another customer checking out ahead of me instead of addressing me directly. I guess she thought I was standing too close to that customer, even though I was at the the end of the conveyer belt and she was paying already. We are a year into this pandemic and I try to be careful. Especially since Im a caregiver for my elderly dementia grandfather, who lives in my home. We know they are at the highest risk. The cashier was completely distasteful about the way she spoke to me. When I asked her if there was a problem she said yeah were in a pandemic! It was very aggressive and hostile. I also dont need to be treated like a moron by an associate. I came here to have a good time with my children. If I had stood near this woman in the toy aisle, nobody would have said anything. For whatever reason this associate just didnt like me. I moved to another check out line and I could hear them talking about me like a couple of high school girls. I dont think I can come back to the store after being treated like this. I will never feel comfortable because I can tell this woman is immature enough that if she saw me again she would want to be rude again.

I like some of the products that Target carries. They have things that other stores dont carry. And it makes it easy to pick up other things there too.

I was returning diapers that I got for my baby shower with no receipt...Aubrey I believe was the manager that was helping me with a couple boxes I had brought in...he was so nice and helped us beyond what he had to and when i had to get my son out to breastfeed him he made me feel very comfortable letting me know his wife breastfeed all his children...the whole time apologizing for everything taking so long...at the end he ended up helping me return a box that was discontinued and matching it to the price of a box they had in stock...hands down the best service Ive ever had.

I know I am not the only one who is in love with this store. Target always has a great selection of products, reasonable prices and store pick up is really easy. I am not crazy about the way they have switched things around inside some of the stores lately, but I am still in love.

It always makes the shopping experience that much better when an associate is so knowledgeable about the products youre asking about, as well as a genuine friendliness that made the shopping fun and purchase pass quickly. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes with everything I wanted, plus something I didnt even think about but actually needed. So that saved me a trip in the future! 10/10 experience

This is my favorite target in HTX. However, this location isn’t really doing anything to regulate mask wearing in stores. I’m starting to feel unsafe visiting this location.

I can depend on getting the things I want when I go to Target. For example . . . I buy my puppies Science Diet from the pet store around the corner. However, I buy the Fresh Pets from Target because I SAVE! Glad they are in close proximity. There are more examples but this will suffice . . . the store is always clean and I have no problem with the other shoppers in the store as I have had with a competitor. So . . . until next time Target!

This is the best Target! Very organized, clean, easy shopping and always plenty of check out lines open. Friendly, quick cashiers. Also they still have a bakery and deli unlike the one in Kemah.

Just recently moved to this area and I have a say Im liking the customer service in the store & online for this area.

Well stocked, clean, and friendly staff. Staff available if you need help. They still have a cafe for your target popcorn needs! Plus a Starbucks with food too. Great site to store. Best kids clothes location is area and great electronics and toy section. Have sales items in stock or can tell you when you they will. Huge seasonally section that stays well stocked and then has great clearance after holidays.

I was shopping for dairy products and found mold in two different cheese products very disappointing because target is one of my favorite stores to shop in. Wont be shopping for groceries here anymore.

Everything is always neatly stocked, prices are easy to find/read (and great pricing/always great sales going on), all products are good value for price point. As well, Im impressed with how this Target turns over inventory often enough that its always fun and interesting to shop there and their employees have always, *always* been friendly, competent and professional (kudos to both the employees and the managers). I love shopping at places where employees seem happy and seem to enjoy working there.

I had an appointment set for tomorrow @ 10am. At 1:49pm, I got a call from someone who did not identify themselves asking me to move my appointment up to 9:15am. After that, they proceeded to ask me my insurance information. As Im at work and didnt have it readily available, they asked me for my SSN, while still not identifying themselves. After that, they proceeded to tell me the cost of my visit and then asked that I pay in cash due to the overhead being very low at Target so they could make more money. I then proceed to identify this person as Dr. Tran. I say this is kind of sketchy calling me to move my appointment, not telling me who you are, asking for my social, and then asking me to bring cash only to the appointment. She says that my voice is familiar and shes met me. Ive never stepped foot into that Target, bless her heart. SKETCHY. BE CAREFUL. Also, Target, maybe employ an optical doctor who isnt doing illegal things over the phone? Thatd be great.

The target store is great but the blonde chick working the Starbucks inside needs a tip or two on customer service. If you close at 8 that’s fine but when a customer comes up to you to place an order at 7:52 don’t tell them you’re closed already and snicker when they tell you it’s not 8 yet. Very rude.

Target has the upgraded products and brands I like. The availability for Drive-up pick-up using the app is awesome!

This was so quick and easy. It only took about 3 minutes in the store and I didnt have to go all the way to the back of the store for the order. Originally ordered from Amazon but found the same product online for $20.00 less and could pick it up the same day. Awesome!

Poor customer service no workers acknowledged me or offered help just look at you crazy. Even the girl at self checkout looks like she hates her job rude and if you are black expect to be stared at and monitored while shopping managers standing there having a conversation about traveling to bay city and Manuel instead of working on your poor customer service!

Idk something about target that doesnt feel as dirty as shopping at walmart. Dont get me wrong I will go to Walmart if targets not open or for stuff they only sell at walmart sports but for basic needs I will pay target prices with my cartwheel I usually get great discounts anyways.

I visited this Target to find a few items in my size. I was surprised at the large clothes selection and variety. I absolutely love this location. I will return here again. Its so spacious, even the dressing rooms feel spacious with enough mirror angles to see if the outfit works. I asked for help in customer service and the associate took her time searching for the dress I requested even as others waited behind me. I dont like being an inconvenience, still I deeply appreciate her time.

Salutations target! Went here first time ever, everything great, deli good, my favorite was the rats they had as samples throughout store. Dog food section looked like Syria after Americans dropped explosive presents for the families crying in house every night. Took stroll by Starbucks and topped off caramel macchiato left alone on table with my mini whipped cream dispense. Said Jen on cup. Must be a spice. Anyway, finally found place that sells effective viagra. Old Lenin hasnt been up since the union took a nose dive after Stalin took my job.10/10 return.

We went to purchase a Fortnite hoodie and pick up an online order. When we got to the register, there was no price tag on it. I remember the price being 24.99. The person at the register was able to find the item code to purchase the hoodie!! Thank you!!

Target rips off customers that are using coupons. They have the registers set to not beep indicating that the coupon is not going through but does not actually take it off. So unless the customer catches it, then they get ripped off. I used to shop Target at least twice weekly and would spend several hundred dollars each time but quit shopping there almost completely about a year ago because of this. As well, last time I was there I had a friend with me and out of nowhere this employee comes up to her and tells her she can not use coupons because I had used some and that she knows we are there together!! So apparently now Target has a rule that you can not shop with your friend!! NO THANKS!!! I will take my business to someone that appreciates it.

I have always loved this Target until now. The employees in this store used to be so friendly and efficient and now that theyre gone most of the new employees are rude and lazy. One of the employees stocking the produce section actually coughed into her gloved hand and then proceeded to touch the produce with it! I left the other day because the store was so messy and I couldnt find what I needed. I went straight to the Clear Lake Shores store and found what I needed and the store wasnt messy and the employees were much nicer! I hate to drive that far to go to Target but things seem to be going downhill at this Target.
