Amazing group of guys and girls. Jerry (the mgr.) has a top notch team. Ashley and Brittney are always helpful when we come in, and they always work with us on finding the things we want. Weve been doing business with them for a few years now and I cant remember ever having a problem with their service. Zack is one of the store guys and is also the delivery man. Hes always been super nice and professional at our home. Ive referred several people. They treat us like old friends

They have always been excellent to me and my wife. We bought a bed set from them and we paid it off within 6 months. Yesterday we went to rent a center to purchase a 2 piece furniture recliner set. They have always been good to us. We never had problems. If you cant make your payment on time they will understand and work with you the best that they can.

Ive dealt with Rent-a-Center since I moved to TN in 2010. They have always been awesome to deal with. Polite, on time or have called to reschedule. I always make sure do deal with a manager or the next in line.

Ive been with Rent-A-Center for around 4 to 5 yrs. Ive gotten several products from themThe customer service has always been great, knowledgeable, and friendly.Ive never had any problems with this company.Ive heard complaints, but i just dont have any.

Worst place EVER!! Don’t rent anything from this place!!

Very disappointed !! Got a washer a week ago it stopped working yesterday. Called them. They said they would bring a loaner while this one gets fixed. Well!! Now they are offering a brand new washer different then the one we have which is fine since this one was previously owned. But we have to wait till next week. We are paid for two weeks. So we are paying for a broken water. Rent a center has went to crap . After this I will never rent from them again and would advise no one else to either.

They called about a late payment for one of my kids I live in Colorado when I answered the phone they said Hi may I speak to xxxxx I told him that was me He said this is Dr Rasberson and I am calling about cxxxShe has u listed as her emergency contact ! At that point I put my phone on speaker so my husband could hear! my heart was in my throat !my brain was racing thinking some Dr is calling to tell me something had happened to my draughter ! Then he said well could u get ahold of her and ask her to call us about her bill ! He didn’t ever identify that he was with rent a center ! After I got a hold of my daughter and gave her the number the call was from she told me that is rent a center Number !And when she called then they denied it ! But I had a message apologizing and was told they took my name off as her contact !Then after my daughter calling them about this and talking about her bill they continue to call other family members !The man should be fired ! And there company need to train there employees about misrepresentation!Update talked to the Substitute dictrict manager he was going to talk to the store get me the final pay off on my daughters account and call me back that afternoon by Friday still hasn’t heard back and now they have added more late charges because the company can’t follow thru called Customer service again and was informed that their district managers don’t work after 6 PM this company is a joke
