This is the only place I get my work boots. They have a wide selection and variety and will most likely have what you are looking for. The ladies who assist you in your selection and purchase and knowledgeable and will not lead you wrong.

This place has an amazing selection at a great price. I just got my husbands boots there a month ago. I love the womans selection. Im on the hippie flip flop side. I was never a fan of cowgirl boots until I went there. They have any style you could want.

Awesome service, the young lady went out of her way to assist us! Didnt catch her name but she had blond hair and was very accommodating and we found what we wanted. Her assistant was ok but not as eager to make a sale. Not trying to down her bc she was also nice but she could use better skills when working with people in the future to make a sale. If not for the other girl we would have walked out empty handed. Bc of her I happily give 5 stars!

They have a fantastic boot selection if youre looking for work boots. Me and my brother were in there for 25 minutes not a single employee spoke to us we really didnt want to buy any boots from them because they were so terrible. At the end of the day that is very good boot at a very reasonable price so we purchased it but not because we wanted to give Frenchs any money if you own the boot store you should chastise them.

Wonderful staff at the dickson store. Bern going to frenchs is Tennessee for years up in crossville so when I moved I was bummed. So I went to several boot stores in Jackson Tennessee and had such an awful experience thought I decided to take the drive to Dickson Tennessee and it was well worth my time theyre knowledgeable friendly good selection great-great great price especially on specialty boots

If your going to shop here be CAUTIOUS! Ive had several bad experiences with poor quality of shoes, and even worse quality in service. One blond haired girl(manager) knowingly sold me shoes that werent the proper size, and damaged beyond repair, but they had been given a bandaid so theyd sell. I shouldve been measured for width and length like I asked. DONT BUY ANY EXOTICS HERE EITHER. They will not properly assist you. Theyll throw a catalog book in front of you and tell you to pick one. No examples, no brands in store, & no sizing.

Flyer on one box, higher price charged at register. This store is ran by highschool students! When we pulled up to the store one of the girls was dancing while the rest stood around and laughed. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not reccomend.

Ive bought many boots here in the past but never again. The young ladies there today did not provide any assistance for me and my daughter in choosing boots. Very disappointed in the service.

They will try anything to not return something. Bought 2 pairs of boots for $300. Tried to return a pair that still had the tags on it and the sales guy came up with every excuse not to. Apparently they need the money worse than I do.

Did not find the boots I needed but the staff was very helpful and friendly
