Done and done right. I called to make an appointment and I had one within a day or two. When I dropped my truck off Jon sent me a text and said if I had any questions or issues to text him. He is a man of his word. My experience with Jon and his team was great. David the technician, stayed a little late to get my truck going for me because I told him I was going out of town and I needed it. These guys are professional and I appreciate it! Highly recommend!

We had to have our Sierra 2500 serviced for some battery issues. This was probably one of the best experiences Ive had with a service department. Great communication throughout the entire process.

These guys are friendly and helpful. I was in a tight spot when my car died in the middle of the night, had to go as far as to scrapping the vehicle. But Im from Ohio, knew noone, and these guys helped me get rid of the car that was destroyed and get on my way. I recommend these guys for anyone.

Randy Johnson came out of the dealership and met my husband and me in the car lot. He simply asked if we needed any help and if we would like to see any of the cars. We pointed out 3 we were interested in and he got the keys to all three and opened them up. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. My husband and I both test drove the Traverse and was very impressed. He took his time with us. We explained we needed to go test drive one other car at another dealership. There was absolutely no pressure, just a simple, I hope to see you back here soon. The other dealership really put a lot of pressure on us to buy immediately and kept bringing out higher ups to try to persuade us to buy there on the spot. We left and went directly back to Chevrolet and bought the Traverse. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Randy was incredible and so was Mike. I am a little technology challenged so Randy showed me many of the wonderful features this vehicle offers. He also told me to contact him if I have any questions later on. However, my trust lies with the GM, Allen Ledford, and that he does not allow that within his service dept. They are honest, provide recommendations on what is urgent, what can wait and pricing that is fair.

I brought my vehicle there at 9:00 am and told them I needed an alignment done by the end of the day. They werent even able to finish the alignment by 5:00 pm. Im not sure why an alignment would take more than 8 hours to do, but it was also very difficult to get ahold of anyone I had to call 4 different times and they wouldnt answer any texts. Next time Ill just go out of town when I need work from a dealership.

I bought my first car here with my wife, everything was perfect at first. We had some cosmetic issues to the vehicle beforehand so we had to get them fixed. One being a tint issue and one being a large scratch to the center console. Both were fixed with the help of Trish and Tony in the service department and Nick in the sales department, they all did fantastic. As for the one who sold us our car, he didnt really seem to try or care after we bought our car unless we brought it up there where he had to deal with us. We bought the car at 250 miles, didnt get anything fixed until over 2000 miles because we wouldnt receive a reply of progress from our sales associate. So we took matters into our own hands and did it ourselves.When we got our car fixed, we were given a loaner which was such an amazing offer. However, it was a 2018 without power windows or locks. Wish we could have gotten a vehicle closer to the price of our own!There is a major disconnect between the service department and the main sales building to the point that quite a few of them dont know each others names. I thank Trish, Tony, Nick, and Mike in Financing for helping us with our first vehicle, but thats honestly the only ones who should be thanked after all we went through to get something simple accomplished.

While traveling back home from Nashville we pulled off at the Dickson exit and discovered a nail in our almost completely flat tire. It was a Saturday afternoon and unfortunately, the service department at Alexander Chevrolet had just closed. Went in for my first oil change and tire rotation, very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. They took my car back as soon as I arrived. We were in and out in under 45 minutes. Never bought from the Alexander’s before. Don’t think I’ll do it again. Bought a 2018 GM certified. When I got there the truck was dirty. Bugs all over the front and brake dust on the wheels. When Bobby came out he got an ear full. That I knew could be corrected. We took it out for a test drive when we first turned on the highway I felt the tire out of round and so did my wife. Oh it’s been sitting a long time says salesman. What BS. We made what I thought was a good deal for everyone with the provision that it get CLEANED and resolve the tire issue. I guess 1 out of 2 ain’t bad. They delivered the truck today clean and shining. When I had time I drove it only to find that the tire shake went from the left front to the right rear. Come on Tony, being a Service Manager doesn’t give you the right to lie and cover a tech that don’t know his tire from a hole in the ground. Balancing and rotating only moved the bad tire. Not cool.

Salesman was very polite. But the flow wasnt very smooth. Kind of hectic and lots of people to deal with. Gas was basically on empty. Had to stop before i got home to get gas. Overall decent though!

Randy made the whole car buying experience very easy, very fast, and I am highly satisfied with my purchase. He was very straightforward and didnt tell me anything he knew was an untrue statement, and didnt hesitate to make sure I had a great experience when purchasing my first car.

Not my favorite Chevrolet. The service rep was super argumentative and interrupted me when I was explaining my issues (John Taylor). If thats even his real name. He literally talked over me until I stopped talking! I find this behavior unacceptable and very RUDE since this is a line of customer service. JT would not listen to me, he continued to talk over me and interrupt me to a point I was so mad I asked for a manager. I was calling to voice my concerns over an issue Ive already had fixed previously, that was not fixed. Ive had multiple issues with my car (that is still under warranty). I understand he wanted to take up for his co workers, but there is a time & place for that. If Im calling saying the issue is WORST THAN BEFORE and I think the service department made it worse and did NOT fix it correctly, your job is not to argue back with me about the quality of your service department. If they DID THEIR JOB I WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK for it to be fixed again. Im waiting for the manager to call me. Today is 01/05/21, the call took place around 2:30 pm. On top of that, JT mentions something may or may not cost me money. I mentioned again how there will be no cost, its covered under the warranty. He then has the audacity to tell me that the time before when I was there, they actually did not charge me BUT could have because it wasnt really covered under the warranty. Who says that?! LIKE IT WAS SOME FAVOR THEY DID FOR ME are you kidding me? HOW MUCH MORE RUDE CAN YOU POSSIBLY BE JT. ??? Sorry but its a 2018, its still covered and what they did last time WAS COVERED too. That was super inappropriate for him to say. Regardless though, you should NOT talk to customers that way AT ALL. I strongly advise you NOT to have any work done here on your car unless youre okay with this type of poor behavior.

My wife and I are traveling from Kentucky to El Paso Texas for a surgery that I need to have. Our air conditioner went out on our way through Nashville Tennessee it was almost a hundred degrees outside we pulled into Alexander Chevrolet Buick and they got us out within a couple of hours and our air conditioning is blowing cold!!! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆s!!!for service. highly recommend! Extra special thanks to Johnathan T. In service for taking great care of us.

A repair that was supposed to take 4 to 5 days took a week and a half. The repair was authorized on a Monday but the repair did not begin until Thursday. We only had reimbursement on a rental for five days. We were told that the vehicle would be ready by Monday or Tuesday but we would have to wait until probably Wednesday for the extended warranty to pay and then we could pick it up. I called the extended warranty and they could pay it over the phone. We were also told on the second Monday that the wrong part was delivered so it would be Wednesday. Why did it take a full week to discover they had the wrong part. We were also told at the beginning that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get it approved and then they could start. I called the extended warranty and it was approved that day.

They were very friendly and took my car back as soon as I got there. They performed the complete inspection and had my oil changed and ready to go in an hour! Great job! Ill be back.

You had our car for 3 days before you could figure out what was wrong with the air conditioning. And when we finally demanded the car back because we needed it to leave town (at no time was a loaner offered), we found, too late, that the air conditioning was never fixed at all.

Scheduling online was a breeze. Everyone was in a great mood. They immediately got my truck back in the shop on time while I used the lounge WiFi to continue my work. The salesman said I had 6 yr 120,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty but I have a 5yr 120,000 but still had to pay when I carried it to the shop and they didnt do or replace anything but I had to pay a $60 service charge for a water treatment text that shouldve been covered but wasnt I just dont understand why pay the extra money for extended warranty if u still have to pay I just think that is wrong

Unless you have literally thousands of dollars to throw into a wild goose chase, I absolutely DO NOT recommend the service center at this dealership. If you have a vehicle that requires visiting a dealer for an issue, do yourself and your wallet a favor and find another one. So far we have been without our truck about a month, spent about $1500, and came to pick it up 3 different times, just to have a check engine light still on and engine running unevenly. In my opinion, this place should not even be allowed to do a simple oil change for anyone. Ever. Their service reps should have been politicians the way they dodge answering questions and blow nothing but smoke when they do answer. Biggest waste of time and money I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

We dont have much choice as to where we take our Avalanche, but are pleased that we at least have one dealership close. the personnel were very polite and respectful, answered our questions if they could, some things they didnt know and chalked it up to the age of our vehicle.
