Curtis Dudley is good on his word. You can tell that the family business is very important to him. He doesnt sugar coat, he shoots straight and when youre spending money, thats what you want. He went out of his way to pick up my carpet out of town so it could be installed on the day it was promised. The Carpet Gallery put new floors in my entire house. Not only were the floors perfectly installed, but they were also done in a timely manner. On top of that the owners are some of the best people Ive met in a long while. Would definitely recommend if you want good quality flooring and installation.

I disagree with the review left by Debbie. Curtis Dudley is NOT good on his word. They were supposed to come out and fix the carpeting and never showed up on the scheduled time. After waiting 30 min past scheduled time I called him and he made excuses that were lies because I called the store as well and they knew nothing if the issues he was telling me. But, he went again and made arrangements to come out and fix the carpet. Then after days of unanswered calls and texts I finally got ahold of Curtis who then said he was trying to figure out what to do because he was trying to save his business because he wasnt getting paid and that he didnt even have gas money to make it to my house. I offered him money and never heard back from him. I like to also add that on the day of insulation I threw in an extra $100 on top of my bill just to be a nice guy. This is how I get treated. My advice, stay away from carpet gallery and call someone else.

Have worked with these guys and Curtis quite a bit and have always gotten a good quality job at a fair price.

I purchased flooring from Carpet Gallery that had a lifetime warranty in October of 2013 . I contacted the company in May of 2016 and sent pictures of the problems I was experiencing with the flooring and they sent out reps several time and each time they stated the floors were installed incorrectly and they would contact the owner Curtis Dudley about it after going back and forth with them for months they finally sent someone to fix the planks that were discolored and coming up, but the worker left without replacing anything his name was Joe and he stated the whole floor needed to be replace and it couldnt be fixed that way. Afterwards the company tried to blame the discoloration and gaps on my pet that I purchased after the problems were happening . I have the paperwork and receipt showing I purchased the pet after I incurred these problems and also the problem with the floor is a installation problem I have been told by the companies on reps and other companies unrelated to this one.
