So I specifically asked for my pupillary distance on my eye glass prescription. Even went back in for a second time and asked again. Well instead of giving me what I asked for they scratched out part of my prescription and changed it???!!!! This is not the first time I have had this problem with them.

Horrible Service they will let the phone ring and NEVER ANSWER IT this is not how you treat your customers.

I understand the COVID-19 has played a big role with all businesses. Im currently standing at the center (in which you are not allowed to enter) I have been standing here for 20 min and counting. Have seen two employees (Im sure they are busy) However they never even made eye contact or even said, Ill be with you shortly. Im simply here to pick up my childs glasses. People skills have gone out the window. I too am actually working. Had taken my break to grab the glasses since their hours are currently 10-2 (odd and inconvenient hrs). Very frustrating seeing that you are not even allowed in the area. Sure hope they come out from the back area soon.

I had a great experience with the vision center and the eye doctors at Walmart. I will continue to get my exams and glasses there. Very affordable for those of us without vision insurance. The staff were helpful and friendly. Even when I had to get my glasses adjusted they went out of their we to help me.

You get what you pay for. Simply put. Yes, the exam is cheaper. But then they give you the WRONG prescription on their prescription pad and cause you to order the incorrect contact lens prescription (which was EXACTLY the way their professional wrote it). To add insult to injury, they figured out that they gave us the wrong information on the prescription and would not reimburse the out of pocket cost for unusable contact lenses or even order the correct box and trade us. Further, the corporate office couldnt even be bothered to call us back when no one at the store level would do correct the problem.

They have been very helpful and informative. Not pushy, very helpful.Great job ladies!

Vision center has been extremely rude to me today. They refuse to give me my optical prescription that I had gotten at Walmart
