Tbh I’ve bought an AK (tag said new) from them for 1200, the AK only took one mag, so I started looking at it more, and seen a lot of scratches on it. I went to sell it back they only offered 700 for a gun I had less then a week. Claimed the scratches were from shipping. Soo they got tags on guns they claim are new but already have scratches. Prices on ammo are way more expensive there compared to Dickson sportsman store.They over price all their stuff, which I’m aware it’s business but just a heads up literally about any other store will be cheaper.I was in there recently and some man was waiting for like an hour for help. When the lady got to him she then ignored him and talked to a guess that walked in after both of us. Then she got snappy with him said he was being rude and even stated she was gonna make him wait longer.My opinion they were unprofessional and would never be going back. (Franklin gun store has more guns at a better quality - better prices- more professional)

I was so excited to see a place that had inventory and the folks were so nice at first. I was going to buy their 9 mm ammo even at $1 a round. I went to grab 1000 round case and found one on the shelf for $700. I took it up to the counter and they lied to me saying we only sell the broken apart boxes behind the counter. I had it on the counter and they said nothing until they saw the price and tried to play it off. In reality if I would have picked up the box of 1000 next to it with $999 on it they would have sold it. Long story short I dont like being lied to and if they just would have said sorry we missed that one and we cant sell it for that price then I still would have spent $1000 there. I will never ever ever spend $1 at this place because of the slimy business dealing I felt with. Im a business man myself and I dont conduct my business in this matter. Good luck and stay away from this place.

I was in the store and another gentleman asked me about the gun I was trying to sell and the man at the counter handed me back the pistol and told me he would not do business with me. There are plenty of other pawn shops here in Dickson. I would recommend the pawn shop near the fairgrounds

Price gouging. Over 1.25 a round for 5.56. Just ridiculous prices on all firearms and ammunition. Take your business elsewhere where the prices are market or better and in the same area. Avoid at all costs.

Dont honor listed prices. Go somewhere that honors their own pricing. Its not like I asked for a discount or anything. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PROPERTY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK. My friend had his guitar stolen and they thief sold it here. When he confronted this place about it with the cops backing and evidence, they refused to give it back until the trial was complete. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND A TERRIBLE COMPANY

I Love going to this place to find weapons! Yes, they are a pawn shop but they are mostly a GUN STORE run by WOMEN!!! They are all so very helpful and know exactly what they are doing too!!! Don’t call they are too busy, just go there in person!!!

Im from PA and firearms are hard to find. Stopped here while on vacation. They had 2 of the pistols i was looking for. They held it for me until Whitney came back. I spoke and paid for everything over the phone on a Friday about noon. I received my pistol before noon the following Monday. They also had an ample stock of ammo. Very Dishonest!!!!! Over priced!!!!!!I went into this pawn shop on 06/17/2017!Well I spoke with the lady that owns it and she and I made a deal for my 3 pieces of music equipment. LTD-ESP FLOYD ROSE SPECIAL EDITION Guitar, Marshall MG Series HDFX100 Head, and a 4×12xs Crate Cabinet.Told me standing there they retail on the low end for $900 dollars and she told me after researching that she would give me $425 store credit (which we all know means $100 of her stuff in real money) for my equipment. I had been eyeballing a guitar which she probably had $100 dollars in for an hour or so, marked for $479.00 So o offered my 3 for the guitar straight up and she said as long as yours is in GOOD condition. So I came back this afternoon 2.5 hours from West TN with it and some boot in case she decided to only give me the $425 store credit she promised. Well I get there and shes not there so the guy calls her and tells her Im there and he walks in the back and came back and said she wont let him buy it at all unless its in EXCELLENT condition which is almost can be labeled. So I walked out with nothing after she made the deal. Understand no contract was signed but when someone that has a business makes a deal and has someone drive 2.5 hours for nothing, it truly shows why she has a 2.5 star rating and Ill go to no ends to make sure every single pawn shop from Jackson, TN to Nashville, TN knows what they did to me today. I took it very personal. You are measured by your word as a human and hers doesnt even exist any longer in my eyes and all 3 of the other pawn shops around town and on Charlotte thought so also. Just beware. I went in to sell a diamond ring, needed extra cash after covid shutdown. The man who worked the counter said it’s not a real diamond and offered me 90 bucks for the gold. I declined and left. Next day I went to a jeweler in Nashville to get it appraised and see if it really wasn’t a real diamond. He appraised it for 11k, and was pretty taken back when I told him what was said to me the day before. I got 6k for it. Grateful I didn’t get swindled and almost went back there to show him the certificate. But anyways, do your research and approach with caution, not sure if he was a POS or just not saavy with jewelry.

Someone I knew had their property stolen and sold to this pawn shop who then did not give it back despite proof of purchase and everything.

They refused to relinquish my stolen property to me unless I payed the pawn ticket. Predatory business practices that support thievery

This is a great place to buy all your firearm needs very knowledgeable stuff and very friendly too lots of patients.

Mostly decent dealings with this place, until they tried to scalp me on a trade deal after I already waited for 25 mins. I’m a firm believer in good business until they show otherwise. Today I was shown pretty clearly that my business isn’t worth a damn.

Friendly service, great price!!! Had no problem with them!!! Everything was done professionally and with a smile!!! Rates are good, they give you a solid 25-30% of your items value, depending on certain aspects and the quality!!! If I ever need to pawn something again, when Im in a jam, I will definitely be going back here!!!

What can I say about this place? A better question would be what is there Not to say about this place? I have visited this establishment on several occasions, for various reasons, and dealt probably every worker at one time or another. Every single experience has been absolutely amazing! From the minute you walk in the door, to the minute you walk back out, you are treated as if you are family. You are treated with the utmost respect, and never shamed for needing to borrow on an item or to sell an item. I have been to other pawn shops where I was treated as a unknowledgeable woman, treated as if I should be ashamed of myself for going through a hard time, not looked at in the eyes(and flat out ignored when in the presence of my husband), tried to be ripped off and often spoken down to. This has NEVER happened to me at Golden Eagle Pawn! I am treated as an equal here. I am treated as the knowledgeable gun owner that I am. I am Never spoken down to. They look me in the eye. They dont try to rip me off, they actually go above and beyond for ALL their customers. I always know Im getting the best deal possible and the best service possible at this establishment. I would recommend Golden Eagle Pawn above any other.

This store has one particular individual there who does not care if they sale or not. When asked to look at something for purchase that I was going to buy, she would not move a few boxes to show me the product. Now I had money in my pocket and was going to give them what they were asking but like I said she just did not want to sale anything. Honestly Ive had this issue with her before and its always towards me, Im starting to think its unfair and honestly I wish the place would get new management and staff so I can go back to buying tools there. So over all I would NOT recommend anyone going here, because the customer service is horrible and they sont want to sale anything.

Visited Golden Eagle Pawn earlier this week. They have a large selection of new and used firearms and power tools at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and courteous as I was greeted when I came in and asked if I needed assistance by every staff member I made eye contact with. Although I was just browsing and didnt make a purchase, I would definitely visit again.

Came in 15mins before close too pawn a gold ring cause Im down on money. After rushing too get there I was stopped at the doorway and told they were closed I said theyre sign said I still had 15mins & she asked what I had. After telling her she proceeded too tell me she didnt have time too deal with it or find her gold tester. Just felt the way she was talking too me and rushing me was rude & unprofessional.

Went in with a friend who wanted to sell her wedding set that she no longer needed. She was offered $30.00 for the ring. It was 14k and had an almost .40 center diamond. She went to Nashville and was offered $350.00. She showed me the receipt for the transactions. Totally skip this place with your jewelry...the drive to Nashville will pay off big-time

The lady that we talked with was rude. They sold us something that didnt work, then refused to make it right in any way. I dont appreciate spending a couple hundred dollars somewhere then being treated with absolutely no respect at all. The service we experienced was unhelpful, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Very pleased with the experience of buying my first handgun (4th gen glock 26) from Jimi and Tonya, they were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable of the selection and helped steer me in the direction of the right gun for me. If I could give them less than a star I would. They are dishonest. The bend rules and regs to suit them selves. They will take any optunity to steal from you thats what they did to me for 2 AR-15s. They allowed me to leave store with weapons and called and hour later saying that there was a problem on my background check. I informed the the TBI about how if the system takes too long they just let customers leave with pistols rifles military style rifles shot guns etcl

My husband bought me a pair of earrings here and they where for little girls and went to take them back to get something else and they would only give me $10 and we paid $70 did not want the money just wanted exchange them for something. Will not go back. My husband has bought a lot of stuff there.
