This is the biggest Harbor Freight that I have ever seen! I was picking up some shovels for my trip to Crater of Diamonds and I stopped here to get them and I was blown away!! This is by far the nicest and most spacious harbor freight I have seen. It was a great experience!

As Always you can get knowledgeable help and most of the time they have whats offered, on sale, in stock. I like this store very much!! The tools are marked at a price for the occasional handyman to the full time working pros. Prices commensurate with the quality of the tools. All of the tools Ive purchased have performed as promised but if you want tools to hold up to everyday heavy use you need buy the more expensive lines.There is a lady, Janice, that is always friendly, personable and very helpful and always makes me smile. Shes the icing on the great cake that is Harbor Freight.

I started my hour long trip to Harbor Freight to pick up a new Predator Generator. I realized about 20 mins in that I forgot my wallet. I called the store to ask if they accepted Apple Pay. The guy on the phone double checked and they told me they did. So I continued on with my 2 year old daughter. I get to the store and shop for about 20 mins and when I go to check out their Apple Pay machine doesn’t work. We tried several machines and none worked. They were blaming me saying it was my card or my bank and I told them I’ve never had an issue and have a 0 balance and plenty limit and no daily limit. They insisted it was me and asked me to call my bank. The bank said they didn’t see any issues on their end and everything appeared normal. After wasting about 25 mins trying to check out I give up and leave. I went right into the Marathon in front of the Harbor Freight and used Apple Pay on the same style Verifone machine with no issues. I then went back into Harbor Freight and asked if I made the 2 hour roundtrip back with my wallet what kind of discount they would help me with for wasting 3 hours out of my vacation and was told none. I was told she didn’t have the authority to do that. Well that’s when you ask a manager for approval and let them know the situation. It’s called customer service. Your machine didn’t work. Now I’m stuck driving 2 hours because I was told the machine worked. I understand if you thought they worked, but they didn’t, and that’s where a discount is in order. Hence, the 1 star. Thank you

Lots of tools yes, but most of the stuff on display is out of stock. Usually 1 human working the entire store. Dont expect any help. The one person working usually has no clue either.

Decent tools. If Lowes is too crowded its good to go here. No building materials though, mostly tools.

I have always been able to find what I need in the way of tools there without any problems and always got good help if needed.

Clean, newer HF. They had what I was looking for (motorcycle wheel chock). Mask required in the current age of covid19. If you cant handle that, then dont fo. Otherwise store was well stocked (I passed through every aisle as th it s was my first visit).

Kevin the store manager is always helpful and very accommodating with his input and knowledge! He even helped be the elf helping my wife with my Christmas gift!- a nice welding cabinet which I love! Nice fella! Plus he asked for my input on performance of new the big paint sprayer since he hasnt used one like that, and Im always buying stuff there!

This place sucks I wanted to buy a 1/2 impact they had advertised in store. When I asked if I could get it she said they made a mistake and that she would not give it to me for the price that was advertised as. I asked why if they made a mistake they should honor it she said no and walked away.

Always a fun shop! Digital catalogs by I mean my coupons were always in my inbox. Nice new feature!

Not so satisfied with the Dickson, Tennessee store. I have went in several times but never have what Im looking for in the ways of basic items. What hardware and tool place, doesnt have a 5/8 metal cutting drill bit. Or multi bore hole sizes in yard tractor wheels. One size does not fit all. Just for example. I could go down the list but will go to tractor supply instead. Always seems to have what I came in to buy.

Its well known the products here are of a low quality, but there are also some decent tools at decent prices. You have to decide what works for you in terms of price vs. quality. the store itself is very clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful, always a pleasant experience to shop there

Cheap tools, but its hard to get into the store without having to squeeze past customers in line to check out.

Needed a large tarp, found it on sale plus used my 20% off coupon. The cashier was very nice and friendly, treating people as they should be treated.

Bought a Greenwood 2 gallon sprayer less that two months ago and it is absolutely JUNK. Paid 15.00 for it and after using it less than a dozen times, it wont take air and wont spray. DO NOT BUY THIS SPRAYER FROM HARBOR FREIGHT!!
