I could not have had any better treatment than I had in this office. The staff was very nice and friendly. Dr. Sun was very kind and patient. I would recommend this office to anyone who has need of this type service!

Dr. Sun was so patient and caring with my mother, listening to her concerns, explaining everything, and helping her with the maintenance of her hearing aids. Hearing loss is challenging but she and the office staff put us at ease. Great service, highly recommended. Dont go another year without being able to hear.

The staff is friendly. My hearing test revealed that I was almost deaf on the on the sounds of consonants. When I was very young, I had to go to speech therapy because I only could pronounce vowels. I was prescribed hearing aids and I now hear things that I never was able to hear before in my life. I have to thank Dr Sun for doing so well and the individual attention she takes with here patients.

Very nice front desk, met doctor sun who administered the hearing test then mark who showed me hearing aids, but we are not doing anything least for another 6 months.

Had my hearing aids cleaned. Receptionist was on the phone when I walked in and she motioned to me she be with me in a second. As soon as she was off the phone she took my hearing aids gave me a covid-19 to fill out and took my hearing aids back and worked on them. She was very polite

Was lied to they said I had 1000.00 in insurance benefit insurance co. Said not so hearing specialists is not in network so I want to cancel.
