First let me start out by saying that I appreciate that they order specialty items for me whenever I ask. The man who takes the order has always been polite. The older man and his wife have always been polite. I go there because they have ordered items for me that are hard to find locally. But there is one employee there, a taller older man, that has always been very unpleasant to deal with. Anytime that I cannot find something and ask him for help he points his finger and tells me to go find it. Once, what I was looking for was mixed in the room with all the wine bottles and I couldnt for the life of me find it. I asked him to come and show me but he just told me to keep looking. I shouldve spoken to the owner then about this since it wasnt just an off day for this worker, he has always been unhelpful and impolite. Today, Thursday, August 13th, 2020, I called around 2pm to ask if he had a certain item in stock that I needed to come by and purchase for a present this evening. He just said that he didnt know, so I asked if he would check for me but he said no he wouldnt that he was busy and to call back another time. I asked for his name but he wouldnt give it me. I just dont feel right about purchasing from a place who would keep an employee who is so rude to customers. I have been in customer service all my working life and I would never treat patrons who are spending their hard earned money in that rude, uncaring manner. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Super nice couple! Loved the decor and the tartan plaid carpet! Very upscale and inviting place, which was a nice surprise considering we were in such rural area.They were very helpful with my very quick, last minute purchase of Limoncello Christmas gifts! You know how holiday shopping can be! Plus, my husband and I had been in the ER because of he developed pneumonia after his gallbladder surgery! So we were trying to play catch up on our Christmas shopping. The sweet lady at the counter gave me these really cute gift bags for free, which was a huge bonus in my book! This is the type of service that has been lost with recent large scale stores. Thank you for your kindness! I definitely will be back!

This is a terrific local liquor store. They have been in business as long as I can remember and Ive been in Dickson for 50 years. The people are very friendly, there is a wide selection of spirits and wines and if there is something special you are looking for they will order it for you.

Walked in and said hello and was ignored by the man working the counter. I then began asking questions on products and was either ignored or responded to with one word responses, and was then stared down the whole time while making my selection. I won’t be back.
