Rolled in around noon on Saturday, was greeted by David instantly. He helped us find what we were looking for and had us out within 10 mins. He said hed call within a few days to schedule a time for delivery. We must have been at the right place at the right time, cause he delivered in the Monday after we were at the lot! Highly recommend Lot of Faith and David!

Great selection and the quality is very good. Ive been in several times while trying to make a decision and the staff is quick to walk around with you and answer questions. The only thing that I have negative to say is that both women I met were not in favor of large families. Comments and jokes about our family size were on the border of rudeness. To each their own and all that, but not a great impression to make. However, Im more worried about the quality of my purchase than what someones opinion of my life choices are and their quality would cover a lot of irritating comments. We already have our second purchase picked out, and will probably purchase again as soon as the first shed is paid off.I suggest trying to make purchases during the week or at least doing your browsing and research then because it feels a bit rushed on Saturdays with everyone trying to get in on their day off.

Terrible customer service. When asked questions about their sheds the owner became incredibly defensive and began to insult customers for pointing out any damages. Incredibly hostile.

See the bad reviews but let me give you my experience. Great customer service. My wife and I went at least three different times to ask questions and get more details formation. Every time we were treated kindly.When we made our purchase a kind gentleman came by and set our shop exactly where we asked and in perfect condition. I would recommend this place to everyone in Dickson.This is a great place to buy from.

We bought an Amish Cedar Shed last fall, started out renting, but loved it so much we bought it! The staff must be new in comparison to 4 year old reviews including one review (reviewed the wrong place!!). The woman who helped us was SO not pushy, just helpful and patient. She just let us look around without having someone follow us :) There was never any attempt to sell us anything but there when we were ready. It took me 3 months of going back and I looked at all of the sheds! I looked everywhere before choosing Lot of Faith. We are buying another one soon and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The delivery was faster than expected and amazing to watch! The professional and helpful delivery guy had obviously been doing this a long time. After all, its not like delivering a pizza lol!And last but not least, you can choose one on the lot and have it customized. Thats what we plan to do this time. Kind people, no pressure and lots to choose from....I highly recommend Lot of Faith!Do the math:) Our rental storage for 1 large space and 1 medium space was $575 a month and 26 miles away. Versus $ whatever you choose, a rocks throw from our back yard!! We saved $250 a month and own it now! Cost per month ZERO!

Just had our new building delivered, and boy does it look good! Exactly as ordered and great build quality. Johnathan (the delivery man) placed it not only exactly where we wanted but even leveled it all and checked all doors would open/close without binding, what superb customer service he projects, totally unexpected but much appreciated. Id buy another if needed, but only if we got him again!

No pressure sales. Look at buildings, or or structures all you want, then if you need assistance, they are available.

Repeat customer and will do it again! They are super helpful and their delivery people rock. Love the fact that they have structures with the poplar siding...makes things look a little classier. Thank you guys for all you do!

Had a wonderful experience when shopping for my storage unit. Had a few issues after receiving it (door not open right..settling issues and one of my posts split ). They came out within responsible time and fixed all my issues and was very pleasant to speak with.

WOW! This place has some incredible stuff. I loved the quality and variety. The owners were there working with customers and they were really friendly.

This is the place to go for quality! They have everything and the folks are very helpful. Its a nice, big lot with plenty of inventory.

They will sell you what they want you to have instead of what you need, despite telling them repeatedly that it will not work for you. Then they ignore your calls to fix the problem and refuse to return any monies! Save yourself the trouble and choose another facility. So much for being a faith-run business.

We are very pleased with our barn, the owners and sales people are very helpful and friendly ..our building was assembled professionally and on time ...the builders we respectful of our property and animals .. we recommend Lot of Faith Outdoor Structures and will be be back for future buildings ..

Was their the other day and troy was their and was so rude it was uncalled for was their to spend a couple grand and I believe he will not earn my business anytime soon till he learns that the customer is who pays his bills will give my couple grand business to his competition maybe someone from lot of faith will teach troy that customers pay your bills be nice to us .otherwise very nice stuff.

Although the quality of the product was exactly what we were looking for, the sales woman was aggressive and insulting. We were prepared to purchase a playset but the sales woman was offended by our consumer related questions and accused us of insinuating that she was sneaky which could not have been further from the truth. A playset is an expensive purchase and we wanted to make sure we were well informed before purchasing. If you are looking for quality customer service I would not suggest Lot of Faith Outdoor Structures.
