Called them two days in a row, spoke to nice lady, left my name and number. Said what Im interested in, nobody bothered to call me back, on the second day I mentioned that Im calling again. Nothing. Thats not how you give service to a client. Very disappointed, afraid to think how they treat existing clients.

Wow. They literally DO NOT WANT TO SELL YOU A CAR. All the 1 star reviews below are 100% correct. Worst managed dealership Ive ever seen. They have a vehicle I want on website and referred by Dodge. Multiple inquiries via text, chat, online web forms and phone calls go unanswered.Called 14 times over 3 days and constantly told no one can help you. Asked for sales manager, was told that was Jim Manning himself, who personally told receptionist he was too busy to help me, even though she confirmed the vehicle was available.Now driving out of my way to Lake Elsnore where the dealership actually responded within the hour and is holding vehicle for me.Stay away from Jim Manning. Read all the reviews below and I concur.

I wouldnt waste my time driving there unless you make an appointment. I drove there to seek a deal on a 2021 Ram. They had 2 different trucks I wanted to inquire about. I walked the lot unmolested, which was alright. I then went to the sales office and asked to speak to a sales person. The receptionist made 4 different requests over the P.A. and said a customer was waiting.After about 20 minutes of sitting and not being contacted by a sales person, I left my name, number and the truck info I was interested in. This was mid day. As of mid day the following day I had not had ANY calls from Jim Manning Dodge Ram. I would avoid them.

HORRIBLE service - TERRIBLE management. Avoid this place!! I made an appointment well in advance and discussed in depth with their service manager in April. Showed up on May 3rd to drop off my truck. They were going to replace the weather stripping around the sun roof .... weather stripping that I had purchased from them (complete kit) a month earlier in anticipation of this appointment. I rented a car (out of my pocket) for the 1 day they said they needed to complete the service. Written estimate indicated $300 for complete job and their paperwork says quote is based upon completion of the job, not the hours worked by the mechanic. Finally, 21 DAYS LATER, we sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. And what had they done??????? NOTHING except break the windshield, soil and tear the headliner. They hadnt touched the weather stripping at all. THEY FORCED ME TO PAY $520 FOR DOING NOTHING before they would turn over the keys so the tow truck could get my vehicle. I had purchased the seal kit for $400, paid $800 for a rental, $300 for a tow truck and they had the nerve to charge me $520 for BREAKING MY VEHICLE. During this time we asked the owner, James Manning, to provide oversight on this project and to his Service Manager, Bob De Los Santos. They obviously do not care about customers, the quality of their service or their business. BEWARE of sending your vehicles here or BUYING vehicles from Jim Manning Dodge in Dinuba.INCOMPETENT DANGEROUS SERVICE ---- I finally drove my vehicle home from the other shop that did the sunroof seals. Jim Manning Dodge was supposed to do a factory recall service on the driver and passenger side airbag. First thing I notice is that the cover over my dashboard gauges is cracked. Second thing I notice when I arrive home is that MY CAR WONT SHUT OFF WITH THE KEY even after the key is removed from the ignition. I had to take it to another automotive shop who told me that the ignition wire end connectors had been removed and someone had SPLICED THE WIRES and OBVIOUSLY SPLICED WRONG. Since Jim Manning Dodge had to remove the column to replace the airbag, they are obviously the ones who broke the gauge cover AND SPLICED THE IGNITION WIRES so the vehicle wouldnt shut off. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE - I even wonder if they managed to get the airbags installed correctly. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR ANY TIME OF SAFETY SERVICE. Ive filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. This place is a complete joke and should not be doing any type of business.

This is directly to the manager of service department, worst customer service ever. I would suggest a new manager someone who is going to do their job. Practically called me a liar, so if you get help from him I suggest to record him, because he will say that I didnt say that and give you the run around. So literally recorded him to have proof. BEST PLACE TO GO IS CLOVIS CHRYSLER OR THE ONE IN GOSHEN BEST SERVICE THERE. Never ever going back.

Amazing people skills, best customer service there could be in the car sales.Very simple folks save your self from problems buy here. Staff is HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. After having very bad experiences with a used car dealerships located at Reedley Ca claiming to have the best used car dealer in Reedley! and the owner him self did not take care of the problem I had. On the opposite after leaving several reviews of dishonest acts this particular dealership; the owner him self removed my reviews trying to hide his act!! DO your research on yelp or other platforms before buying at a dealership where they sell vehicles with damage or accident reports. Jim Manning blow them out the water!!!! Dont go any where else this is THE dealership to go to! Jim Mannings staff help me out couldnt be happier! Dont waste your time with stupid dealerships that sell broken cars. Buy new, buy with people that are HONEST every step of the way!!!!

Should’ve read the reviews before driving out there. I was going to pull the trigger on a new rubicon for the wife and a service truck for my self. I was turned away before I was even greeted. Understaffed they said. I was told they give priority to previous clients or some bologna. They missed out on a 120k sale. Just drove home what we wanted from Lampe. I suggest given them a try. They’ll actually say hello.

Traveled 3.5 hours, cash in hand, prepared to drive off in a new 2021 Ram 1500 on new years eve, only to be informed that there were no sales staff available to assist and they could not sell me a vehicle. Really?? What kind of sick joke is that?! Never have I heard of an auto dealership unwilling to sell a brand new vehicle to a willing and able customer. Terrible customer service. Unhelpful staff. Complete waste of time and effort.

Emailed on Monday 5/4 and disappointed to say that Manuel, much like the review below, hasnt followed up. I was very much interested in a particular Jeep they had in stock and was excited for more information. Working in hospitality I always follow up with people regardless of how busy I am. A simple email back would of been greatly appreciated. I will be looking into another dealership to purchase from.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Called twice even left a text message to one of the TWO sales people and still have yet to hear from them. We also stopped by twice, needless to say it was a complete waste of time. The first time the receptionist didn’t even greet us and took a while to ask if we needed help. The second time we felt like we had to beg to even get a sales person to talk to us. We were still unable to talk to anyone, and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience overall. Manuel (my sales rep) was a total professional and gives you all the information you need to make the best decision on a vehicle. I live in NV and he knew every detail of out of state sales. There was some confusion at the DMV when I registered the vehicle and Manuel got on the phone with the DMV to clear it up while I was there! He resolved the issue and I was able to successfully register the car and owe no additional sales tax at the DMV. The buying process was streamlined and easy - we made the deal over phone and email and I was picked up at Fresno airport the next day, 15 min of paperwork and I was on my way home in my new Trailhawk. I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience and I recommend this dealership to anyone within a short flight of Fresno!

25 minutes to check my vehicle in. And there was no one ahead of me. Then $102 for an oil change. Not going back there. This is the 7th vehicle Ive purchased there. My last vehicle it cost $79 for oil change and rotation. That was 8 months ago. I guess covid changes everything.

This is a great small business that knows customers by name. This was my first visit here and I was so impressed with the friendliness and patience of the staff. I felt welcomed when I arrived and got the same friendly greeting when I returned to pick up my vehicle. They were even willing to call the local auto detailer when they were done with my service so that my truck could get detailed as soon as possible, saving me a trip and freeing up my time. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Great customer service and I will be back!

This dealership goes above and beyond. I was so impressed with the customer service. The prices were so much better than any dealership! My husband and I drove almost 3 hours because the price was so Amazing! We were thrilled with the service Manuel and all of the office Gave us. I can not Recommend them enough. I originally called and spoke with Manuel. Im not sure what happened as he completely dropped out of contact after texting me the info they needed for me to purchase a truck. After four days and several unanswered texts, I called again and spoke with Mike. Mike apologized repeatedly for my experience and gave me excellent service from that moment forward. I ended up driving down and buying a new Laramie Longhorn that day. Mike has continued to stay in contact and has been very helpful with everything I need even after the purchase.I would definitely recommend Jim Manning Dodge - ask for Mike

My friend purchased a used vehicle and when we went to pick it up few weeks later, they made us wait for 4 hours because they did not have it ready. They were incompetent and they gave us a used battery instead of a new battery and they claimed it was new, which was a lie.WEWAISTED 4 HOURS WAITING TO GET THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE IT READY, EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW WE WERE GOING TO GET IT AT A CERTAIN DATE. WE DROVE FROM LOS ANGELES.ELI, was very incompetent and so was the owner of the car dealer.I am taking my business elsewhere.

This place is a joke. Went by yesterday morning to look at a challenger meet with the sales manger asked him if I can test drive the car he told me no that he wanted me to buy the car first before I can test drive it. This guy looked like he was having a bad day or something I went to 3 other dealerships before this one and every other dealership had me test drive there cars. So anyways we went in his office and hes giving me all this bs about how hes giving me 3,000 managers discount so I asked him how about the the rebate that I qualify for he tried to tell me that the 3,000 discount was the rebate so there for there he wasnt giving me a discount. How the hell you gonna say you giving me a 3,000 discount when the manufacture is the one whos giving me that rebate. I left that place and went to fresno and bought the same car for 5,000 difference. That was my first time at this lot and my last I dont know how these people stay in business probably all the money they make lien and ripping people off

These guys .. especially Manuel are on point. I called and told them what I wanted, we negotiated over the phone. When I came in the new truck was cleaned, full of Def and full of diesel. Signed papers, wrote him a check and down the road in 15 minutes, thats unheard of !!!

They do have a good selection of cars but every bad service because my parents went to buy a car but didnt want to sell to them because they are Mexican so they decided to sell it to a white person and the car was saved by my parents but they decide they didnt want to sell to them...they are racist, I never thought they were like that...so I recommend that you guys dont go there...and the guy that helped us out was Mexican also...our money is whether the same as there, so there shouldnt be any differences...its ridiculous what people well do for more money...
