Been going for years and this time I had a really good experience the employee helped us and gave us advice on what we should use they also have deals sometimes

I pretty much do my research on what I want before going in. The sales team will help you if needed. They will tell you the normal...you arent gonna get that hair color unless you bleach first. And will not laugh at those of you who think you are the exception and can turn your black hair into manic panic pink without bleaching first. They can explain semi, demi, and permanent hair color so you dont get mad when you bought hair color and it washed out in 10 washes and it wasnt supposed to even though you bough a DEMI instead of PERMANENT hair color. If you dont know how a full process works ASK THEM FOR WHAT YOU NEED!!!!! Gloves, bowls, repair, developer and so on.

They Never answer now . Ive been coming here for a very long time. But ever since managers have changed and old staff has left .consistent customer service has dropped

I understand why they werent in stock for alot of their items but still unfortunate I couldnt get what I needed.

The stores overpriced and doesnt really have anything special. I get better deals on Amazon or at the drugstore. Employees are apathetic and semi-friendly. They dont know their products. Or other beauty products, for that matter.

No one at the store knows ANYTHING about their products! they just want you to spend all of your money on junk. They give horrible advice and blame you for their mistakes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THEIR STORE!!!
