Walmart Auto dept doesnt allow appointments for oil changes. I was told Id be better off coming back in afternoon, (after I drove 45 min. & got there before 8a.m.)! I was told there were 3 cars before me,(only 2 were in the bays & no other cars). Also was told, the tire jobs were more important than an oil change. This is Not customer service. Not impressed! I finally got oil change after speaking to the manager. In addition, I was charged more than the quote & was told the reason because they were out of the other filter. Was that my fault? I think not! I would be better off next time getting a coupon, & getting oil changed at another auto service store! Probably be less hastle & no more than I paid today.

Ive been waiting at the formula case for over 20 minutes. There have been three employees that have come up and offered to help just to realize they dont have the right key. Several other leads and coaches have passed by ignored me and another man waiting. Now one of the younger associates is going to go to the fitting room and page because no one is responding to her calls for assistance. Now someone has come to open up the formula case and is making fun of how much formula the man is wanting. I cant wait until Amazon opens up physical stores or Target comes into the area.

What can I say its Walmart lol Ive never had an issue here except for how many things I end up buying! Ive had to return quiet a few things and theres never been an issue either .

Was very clean and organized. However I wandered the store for 20 minutes looking for a garden hose. I passed at least 6 employees and wasnt even greeted. No one offered to ask me if I needed help. Check out was simple and fast. Parking was available and easy.

Walmart always has a large variety of everything from groceries to clothes, auto supplies and everything in between. I can pick up my 💊 meds, develop photos & make moneyorders 💰for not much. Its a great one stop shop for everyday quick buys.Although, I love the self-service isles that makes it quicker than standing in line and having somebody check out for you, the grocery delivery rocks!Since the Covid pandemic hit us, I began taking advantage of the same day delivery for just about anything I need to be delivered to my front door. What a blessing! Im now spoiled, and do very little indoor 🛍 shopping. I purchased the same brand very nice dog kennel that was priced way lower that any of the pet stores. And delivered!Its definetly a gas ⛽ & time ⏲ saver.

They got rid of maruchan noodle soup and I got mad now I have to go to United market to get them. Walmart sells like those panda sopas and they are not good.

Bought cat food and cleaning supplies. Used gift card over 100. Cashier helped me and took time for us to work through. She was knowledgeable and very service oriented. I am 76 so this modern stuff is not my thing.

Mediocre place at best to buy stuff ONLY if you know exactly what youre looking for and know that its in stock. Very limited assistance throughout most departments in the store. Staff isnt very helpful or friendly for that matter. Oh and this is not Target. If you call the store for assistance do not expect there to be organized customer service where youre transferred to the correct department and an individual can actually assist you... Youll just wait on hold for several minutes and realize you couldve driven there and found the item you were looking for on your own in less time. See for yourself.

The tech crew is awesome. They give you there honest opinion on the product and some great recommendations. If youre nice, they might even give you a discount.

Picked up a big mirror today and Stacey was awesome! It was big and we had to figure out how to fit it in my car. It was hot but she helped and was super friendly☺️

It was pretty nice but they need to work on certain areas with security cameras because some people got away with stealing a couple of things but eh it was alright not to ugly nor to nice.

Went there to buy a laptop. The woman at the electronics desk was super disrespectful and rude. They had the one I was looking for, however because she couldnt find it in the first 30 seconds of looking she proceeded to inform me that I could just come in next week when they had more or just order it online. Incredibly poor customer service. Not going back to that location.

I bought groceries and other house supplies and to find out there was no bags was very upsetting. Walmart makes billions of dollars and I cant believe I had to walk out with a cart full and load it one by one. Its Ridiculous and so inconvenient! Wheres all that money! Please hire someone who knows how to do inventory!

I went to walmart on 06/16/21 in evening while shopping i lost my keys. I just got a brand new 2021 car my keys were on there along with a key for another car i thought i was going to have a heart attack because i didnt know what i was going to do. Someone at store turned in my keys to customer service. Thank u to the manager who helped me and thank u to the angel who turned in my keys this experience restored my faith in humanity. There is still good honest people out there. To the person that found and turned in my keys thank you thank you thank you! May god bless you abundantly for the honest deed youve done.

Jerry the automotive manager and his whole team in the department gave me a five star treatment when I went in.

Cursed location. They dont train their employees and they have a limited selection of items, nothing is marked properly, check out takes an hour (not exaggerating).

They are always low on stock on a lot of things. This has been going on for the last few years. Horrible product placement as well.

Theres never any workers there and you have to look for them in there in bunches well have five workers in one corner another five in another side I try my hardest not to go there maybe twice a month

Im using their grocery pickup service and I love it! They carry a lot more organic produce than other local grocery stores. Its super convenient and the shoppers are really nice when they put things in your vehicle. I will be continuing this even after the pandemic...

I love Walmart and this Dinuba store is the best however at closing time its just ridiculous to have one cashier open with 25 plus people waiting in line. They did have self check out open but it was apparent to me and should be also apparent that a lot of people dont do self check out for whatever reason. You have multiple people just standing around open at least another cashier lane and reduce some of the stress on everyone at that time.

This is a super Walmart usually super packed some places in the store and poorly stocked and messy and they never have open cash registers so lines are usually long and have to wait awhile

I live shopping at Walmart, they have great prices on regular priced items and even better price on sale items.

Still like the new self-check out but the Pick-Up tower and service needs improvement. The service is very slow. I waited an average 20 minutes each time pick up something. And it seems that customer service clerks can’t help since they don’t have a radio to call anyone. I guess it is a good thing Walmart provided seating area.

No selection AT ALL in this store every department has less than before. I only go here for last minute items and hope they have it.

The cake department at Walmart (Dinuba) location is too bad 👎😫😑😕 the workers there always do bad decorations for the cake and they missed it up they do the messages on the cake with very horrible writing like nobody can read it.I ordered cake twice and both of them were so bad I dont recommend it for nobody at all.

There was this old lady at the self checkout that was rude for no reason whatsoever. This has happened twice. I do not know what is going with Walmart for keeping such a rude employee.

The store is awful big if you got a cramp or you cant breathe in the middle of the start theres nowhere to sit my suggestion is can you guys please put a couple of chairs benches over there by the fishing area by the shoe area because you dont try pair of shoes on the other one is over there by the womans product and the other one is over there by the food section that is my suggestion everybodys got an interrupt ed neuter made you upset but God bless you have a nice day stay safe thats my opinion everybodys got one of those LOL

It would be a better experience if there were more check-outs open. Both Sanger and Dinuba CA have that problem.

The staff are really rude I had a really bad experience twice already at this particular location.

Horrible! waited over 30 minutes for associate to come to razor cage and was requested twice before I got there and 3 times by me. Really should move to a register where there is always a cashier.

As some one who grew up in a small suburb that got a small target not a scant five years ago, nothing could prepare me for this. The word awesome has been changed form its original meaning to mean something that is cool or good. We need to take is back to its original meaning as this store truly inspires awe. I have seen the face of god and it is walmart supercenter.

Inside has changed a bit and is looking nice. There are also two different and new services. One in front so you can hop out of your car to pick up your boxed order from the internet and another in the back as a drive up to pick up the groceries you ordered ahead of time. The only problem is that you might miss cute items like these...

Dirty and disorganized inventory, rude and disinterested staff, and they didnt have bags available at checkout. I dont understand why they have so many people on staff when it appears most of them arent doing their jobs.

Only 2nd time in this store since moving from Oklahoma! I love this store except both times had long checkout lines with 5 customers in each line & only 2 cashiers. Now tonight, they did open a 3rd cashier after waiting 15 minutes to check out!. Extremely friendly associates! Ill bet I said Hi how ya doing to 12 associates and each one of them were pleasant & most asked me if I was finding everything! Yep, all but Jicama! I cant seem to find it here! I will be back to do all my weekly shopping!

Used to come here regularly before covid, always clean, employees were always cleaning when not attending customers, and now that convid restrictions are loosening up Im beginning to eat inside and each time I have used the restroom its been filthy, either the employees are to busy attending customers and dont have time to clean the restrooms either the owners or the employees just dont care anymore. Really disappointed

I was very disappointed with the service. Had to load my own bark, 25bags couldnt get any help.

An employee that was ringing my cart up had her entire mask off of her face and hanging under her chin. She said she hates wearing them and her husband just flat out refuses to wear them. I said I dont like them either but I wear them for my protection and for others protection also. She said well she thinks it should be an individuals choice. I told her that I am a sr. citizen and a high risk individual with several medical conditions and the Covid19 shot is not available for me yet and I do not have people to shop for me so I try to do my best to stop the spread of the covid19 and to protect everyone I come in contact with. This is the second time a Walmart employee has disregarded the mask rules.

Poor customer service and lines are ridiculous the hygiene and self care products are rarely stocked or available and the clearance is rarely priced correctly if at all the same goes for the womens under garments and lingerie or pj departments.
