Was supposed to be a spot load but I got here early. They changed it to a live load. Put me in a door a couple of hours early. Nice people here.

The workers are very polite And They load just in 30 mins .I reached 20 mins late still They are polite ♥️

Arrived at 1720 for a 1800 appointment. Checked in and told shipping would call when door available. At 2000 I checked with shipping told Im the next truck... maybe 30 minutes. Got the call at 2044. Finished loading/checking out at 2226. Almost 4 1/2 hours from appointment time.Last time I was here at 0600. In and out in less than an hour and a half.

Do not recommend working here, staff think that theyre better than an 18 year old. Even though theyre all 33 or older who probably only make 60k a year. theyre disrespectful. they create a toxic work environment. management please reconsider some of your workers theyre giving your company a bad reputation.

Burritos are tasty but certainly not whats pictured on the package they are double triple overlapped tortillas with a very small spoonful I mean very small spoonful of stuff inside certainly not what is shown on the picture I would rather pay twice the price and get something thats going to fill me up in the morning theyre nice people and have tasty food but like seriously give the people something for their money I guess for a three-year-old they would be fine

4/1/21 arrived at 5pm for my 6pm appointment. I was staged at the dock, doors closed by 5:50pm. It took them until 9:30pm to figure out the order of loading my trailer because its a 3 stop delivery. Still waiting for paperwork at 11:30pm. Its been almost 7 hours, and they ran out my clock.

I normally have better luck/service than today so I that is why I give 3 stars. But I had a 12:30pm appointment and arrived at 10:50am. They said short on product but drop in door 14. They did not start loading until 5pm. Still loading my trailer,,,but now I only have 45 minutes left on my clock. I’m not happy and who would be? I will request detention but I would rather have zero detention and be driving! 3 things I hate about trucking. 1) being away from home. 2) sitting at a door waiting to get un/loaded. 3) E-Logs. So today I get hit by all 3 right now!! Grrr.

I DON’T recommend working here. These people don’t really care about ones well being as you think they would, all they care about is their work being done and their stupid bonuses while they make other work so hard to the point where you could end up hurting yourself. Oh and their clocks always off they’ve got sued for this before.

Consistent, and they keep in touch with you on loading early. They do drop, leave, and load. But heavy on the tail end of the trailer a lot.The parking lot is big and the people are on your side and helpful

The guy on the shipping office during the day shift has an attitude plus he’s really rude. The people on the later shift was way nicer and got me loaded pretty quick! So the star it’s because of the day shift! Props to the people on the night shift!

Very cute security gentlemen that looks like Mclovin, very nice guy when you are a nice person(especially to the custodians) and do what you are supposed to do like show lunchbox/ID without pulling some stunt. Funny guy 10/10 would start a conversation and an improv show with him at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in sunset boulevard.

TL,DR: Avoid this place if you are a trucker and like to make money. Staff is okay, place seems severely disorganized.I normally dont go around leaving negative reviews, but this is one of the most disorganized shipping facilities Ive been to. The staff were friendly enough, so it was more of a left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing kind of thing .I arrived at about 1230 for my 1300 appointment and checked in. Was told Id have a little wait, so no big deal at first. I also noticed everytime I came in the dock was a cluster of pallets. Maybe they had some sort of system to it, but I couldnt tell.I checked back 2 hours later and they seemed to have misplaced my load papers with my name/number/info on it .So, after about 5 minutes they were able to finally print out a new sheet and I filled that out. I was told I still had a 5-6 hour wait. Starting to get rediculous, but I know things get backed up some times .Fast forward to about 0100 hours (12 hours after having checked in). The night crew is no on and I check to see whats going on. Lo and behold, they cant find my paperwork anywhere. So, after 5 more minutes of the guy messing with the computer, we fill out yet another sheet with the same info. This time Im told there are 7 trucks ahead of me. When I ask how thats so since Ive been waiting for so long (and have been watching trucks that arrived way after me get loaded), Im met with the response of I wasnt here when you checked in. Good job answering my question.So the next morning, after sitting for 20+ hours at this point, Im pulled off the load and sent elsewhere. As a courtesy, I go in to let the office know Im leaving. I got to wait another 5 minutes while they tried to (and finally did) find my paperwork .Everytime I went in, it seemed a vast majority of the paperwork was in random spots throughout the office. This place seriously needs to rethink what they are doing. Had I stayed there, I wouldve maybe had one driving shift (11 hours max) to drive over 1,000 miles for the delivery.

Be prepared to sit a very long time if your picking up!

Was working with a youngster who had a chip on his shoulder...wonted and tryed to get me fired. It back fired and karma took over. After he gonr its a great place to work now

This is the same review I left on their website.I just purchased two packages of your products for the first time - bean and cheese burritos and bean/beef/green chili burritos - 8 pack of each one - both packs MILD.I ate one of each kind today and had the most immediate, severe heartburn Ive ever experienced.I plan to throw the rest of them out and consider this purchase a waste of money and a very unpleasant experience after eating them. You guys lost a customer on their very first purchase of your products.My recommendation - dont eat El Monterey frozen foods unless you have heartburn meds by your side. Im not a heartburn sufferer for the most part - I purchased MILD on purpose - and it was a terrible eating experience...

Hit and miss.The loading when you arrive is BS, especially with company empties in the drop line.Im not sitting in a loading door for 6-8 hours.I need sleep at some point, not going to happen in Ruiz dock door.Hiring more rookie driving companies to ship I noticed. Those guys just sit all day, until they quit.

I wish i could give this place a 0 star...got here at 1pm appt was 2 pm loaded at 8 pm no appt system here they dont care they jus work with there slow n steady pace..be ready to wait here if u lucky u b out in time otherwise best of luck..never gettin there load again.

Truck parking on street near walmart and various food establishmentsand a pharmacy. Nice people but can be high wait times when busy.

Showed up 2 hrs early to see if they would take me. They said yes and pit me in a door. Did not start loading me till 45 min after my appt time. What a waste of time. I could have came back at my appt time.

Looooooooooooong waits plus they will put too much weight on drives or tandems.

I got here 30 mins before my appointment for a pick up, took one hr to get a dock and 4hrs to get loaded. Parking can be limited inside facility when its busy.

Dirt parking, long waits and poor loading ability here. Drivers, be prepared to wait.
