If I could give less than one star, I would. This company took my money for a yeti bucket, without ever shipping the bucket. I have emailed and called with no response. I am having to go through CaptialOne to get my money back… you are better off burning your money for warmth than ever trusting this trash bin of company to provide any sporting goods.

I bought walnut oil and what I received was Almond oil. A huge difference in price. The box arrived damaged, luckily the oil wasnt damaged. I had to toss the box. I live in Maryland. I tried calling them but they never answered the phone. I emailed them and they replied that they were so sorry, said they would send me a return label, that they would would ship me the correct walnut oil expedited shipping. I waited one week. No walnut oil. I contacted them. They stated that since they hadnt received the wrong oil they did not ship the walnut oil that I ordered. I was shocked. They changed their tune. Now, they say that their shipping company will not ship me my walnut oil until I send back the Almond oil. I have no box. I am disabled. I am hoping that a friend will get me a box so I can ship the Almond oil back. I asked them to send me the Walnut oil so I would have a box to ship the Almond Oil back in. No, is the answer. They will not budge. Not my error. This smells very bad. Their customer service is terrible. I would recommend that you do not have them ship you anything! They dont listen to customers. See all of the negative reviews here saying the same thing! They have no regards for their customers. They have stolen money from me and will not right the wrong they have done!! Dishonest, greedy, selfish, self absorbed, narcissistic uncaring! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!!

Called them to confirm that they had an item in stock before driving 2 hours. The gentlemen I spoke to was kind enough to keep me informed on the items in stock.I drove up there Thursdy and sure enough everything was there as he said. He even remembered my name.I would definitely shop here again regardless of the 2 hour drive.

9/20/21 The saga continues, after my last review they finally reached out and had me send the call back, in order to get the right call. I sent the call back, and I can see it was delivered. Now, I cant get ahold of anyone again. So essentially you have to communicate with them via giving a poor review on a public forum. These guys should be embarrassed of the business they run. I thought if I ordered a duck call on Sept 3rd I would have it by the NE opener here in Cali. Instead I am out $150 bucks with no duck call. Essentially, it sounds like they stole from me. Do not shop with them and a tip to Tim, your auto emails are embarrassing. Maybe spend less time producing those and more time communicating with your customers.9/13/21 I ordered a Lares duck call, I then received auto response emails that were weird and trying to be over comical about being part of the family. Thats beside the point. I got a call, it wasnt the right call and it was for someone in Missouri. I cant get a hold of this place, email or phone. All I want is the correct call because it was expensive. I might reach out to the dude in Missouri, who I assume has my call. Ill save you the trouble, dont buy anything with them, it will be wrong and you cant reach anyone. So much for being part of the family.

Had a decent selection of ammo in stock given the current shortage going on. Prices were a little more than I would like to pay but I was just happy that I could actually find certain rounds in stock. Staff was friendly. Would recommend and will be back.

I ordered a cap from them. I did receive a cap in a timely matter but they sent the wrong one. I have tried contacting them twice and got no response. Although I do not hate the cap they sent I would have preferred the one I ordered. Since no response I guess I will have to live with it. I had considered buying some other items from them but I won’t at this time.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE! Easily the worst customer service and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order online and was lied to on multiple occasions that the item was shipped. After 2 emails, the company quit responding. With nearly a month of no honest update, I reported this as fraud to my credit card company so I believe this is what finally triggered my refund. Do not support this lying crook.

My experience with PFS was bad customer service. They sent me the wrong item then ask for pictures of the invoice and item. I sent pictures three times and they said they didn’t receive them. Others that were cc’d did so I’m stuck with the wrong item.

I Ordered a knife from them for $160. Never head anything from them about the order, tried to contact them about it no response. they dont even bother picking up their phone. sent an email asking them to cancel the order and refund me. nothing has happened. if you value your time and your money go someplace else. would give zero stars but google wont let me.

Ordered a Mystery Ranch Backpack that said they had in stock. Received an email stating that my item was ready for shipment and a UPS label was created. After not seeing any progress from UPS over the next days I tried contacting the company with no success. Received an email response stating that my item was no longer available and my credit card would be refunded. Still have not received a refund and I leave for a hunt soon with no pack. Will never use this company again.

I would like every to meet Tim Anderson, the owner of Pacific flyway supplies in Dixon, CA. This is not something we wanted to do, but felt this information needs shared so hopefully it won’t happen to anyone else. This is our unfortunate experience with him.Tim messaged my company, Fire & Smoke BBQ, asking if he could be a retailer for our rub line. After a few emails back and forth, Tim ordered eight cases from us. I mailed him our product then invoiced him for it all. Nearly $800 of cost fronted.At this point Tim started acting funny. He was taking longer to answer messages and not emailing back. The invoice due date has come and past. He is no longer answering any messages or emails. Ghosted, if you will.I would like all of my bbq family to know what kind of business man he is. He is selling my product that he has no intention of paying me for. I’m not sure I would even call him a business man. To take advantage of a small business like this, especially during COVID when we are already struggling to survive, is horrendous.I am asking all of my friends to please share this post. I would like everyone in the barbecue community and everyone else that is ever done business with him to know exactly how he works.

Pacific flyaway supplies is my go to spot for all of my bbq and waterfowl needs. It is a family owned shop, that makes you fee at home once ya walk in. The owner Tim had been nothing but great to my family. We bought our 1st grill from there after he took 30 minutes of his own time going through the grills, and over pellets and pros/cons of everything. He personally delivered the grill to my rural location, he has helped with all of my bbq needs for my bbq business. He has always been a pleasure to deal with, he has delivered pellets to us along with many other things as well for my wife. Just a wonderful place with good people. Support your locals

Ordered a grill cover. Was supposed to be here two weeks ago and still nothing. It reads it still hasn’t even been dropped off at a usps location. I ordered 3 weeks ago. I emailed them, as they requested on the phone, and still have gotten a reply and that’s been a week. I called again and left a message and I’m sure I will never get a call back. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would leave. Hopefully I get my item soon.

Finally after a month someone picks up the phone! He says “ sorry about that we’ve been bombarded with orders, it should ship early next week.” Weeks later nothing. And again back to them not answering the phone or returning calls.THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I highly recommend not ordering anything from Pacific flyaway supply. Like several of you, I’m extremely disappointed in how this business can treat a customer in this manner.

Simply Outstanding. Best place to purchase Ammo by far. I have purchased all of my .22LR and 9x19 from them and each time the price and ammo quality is simply the best. I have looked up my price per round and I match the bulk packs for sale on websites like Cheaper Than Dirt or Lucky Gunner. I end up buying the stores entire supply about every other time I walk in to shop for ammo, the deals are just that freaking good!TLDR, Online bulk prices at a local store. Ordered some jj lares reeds on oct 28, 2019. was leaving on a waterfowling trip in 2 weeks. was told they shipped oct, 29th. told first class. should arrive 3-5 days. not here 6 days later. tracking shows still at post office in ca. l called 3 times, got recording, no return call. l emailed twice, called post office in the city, said error was on them improperly labeled item said call business. l did. no call back or email . l only ordered here because regular supplier was out. very sorry customer service. VERY unhappy . keep the reeds..

Ordered JJ Lares duck call reads from this poorly ran company out of California back on Nov. 4 and they still havent shipped from. USPS shows no receipt of package with the tracking number given. Sounds like this company is just taking peoples money and not sending the product.

Used their online store to search for a speck call. I’m all about helping out and supporting local businesses even if it costs a little more. The online store informed that there was a certain call left in stock and in a certain color. When I purchased it a couple days later I get a message saying that all that’s actually left is a color I didn’t want so I requested a refund. Thank god for using PayPal because I tried reaching out to PFS multiple times asking when a refund was processed. I ended up using Presley outdoors that had free two day shipping and was actually truthful in what they had in stock. Also thank god for PayPal or I would’ve been out a few bucks.
