Called these guys to see if they had a moto luggage item and was pleasantly surprised they had it. Asked them to hold it for me and I picked it up same day. The shop is medium sized and well organized. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly we chatted about tires and recent road trips.Will definitely consider them for future purchases if my local shops are unable to source something for me.Next time you’re in Dixon stop by.

One of the guys was extremely rude to my grandfather upon servicing our vehicle. My grandpa has issues with his bladder and he needed to use a restroom and simply asked if he could use there’s. The man working responded with “we have a bathroom but I’m not gonna let you use it”. That’s not all, he then proceeded to tell us that we cannot call him to check when it’s done with service and he said he doesn’t like people calling. How do we know when it’s done just show up? Very ridiculous.

I purchased a Massimo UTV from Tractor Supply Company. It didnt come with a key for the start switch. I took the UTV to 1Up Motorsports and they got it fixed and got it running. 1Up Motorsports is the best Warranty repair facility in my area. It was worth the 110 mile one-way trip to get my UTV repaired by an expert. 1Up Motorsports is awesome.

This is hands-down the best non-dealership motorcycle shop Ive been to. The staff is super helpful and they dont charge you an arm and a leg for services they offer.Theyre very honest with their pricing and if they strongly believe that you can find a better price elsewhere, theyll tell you. Usually, this place is a lot less than other places, but they know their pricing well.Make sure to call in ahead of time if possible because they are a smaller shop, so they cant get your bike fixed while you wait, sometimes.They do try their best, though, but theyll tell you upfront if they cant get it done while you wait.

These guys are amazing...we are blessed to have them in town. they can fix anything on a bike. and they are honest and upfront. you dont need to go to outa town to get what u need. check them out.

Fast and for less than intended. They are honest workers. I have been there 3 times. First time got my bike up in running after i completely disassembled it. Second time my bikes alternator blew out and i replaced it o my own but had them double check everything for me.

Blake and Daniel know the industry, they know racing, I am fully confident in their abilities as mechanics as well as fellow racers to help aid in my sons endeavors with racing. Until my son started racing at 4, I had no idea what racing entailed. Daniel and Blake have been there nearly every step of the way, helping me understand mechanics, explaining what process they are doing and answering any questions I have. We are so lucky to have this shop so close to home. They really go above and beyond the regular customer service! Thanks again guys for being our #1 shop!

I think I found my new shop. I just moved here last July and was heart broken about leaving my last shop in Tucson, no one took care of me and my R6 like they did. I am now very excited once again to have a go to person/shop since I do not work on my bike (Im afraid Ill break it).My bike hadnt been ridden in a long time (6 months) so I wanted a look over, and oil changed.Service: I called on Saturday and Blake himself came out to my house at the time he said he would and picked up my bike. At NO COST!!! I was floored that a shop would offer this. This is unheard of, keep it up! By Tuesday they had my bike apart and found some issues that needed correcting and called for approval. Daniel called me every morning with a status update and was very patient with me as I was a little upset (not at the shop) but at the bike. I believe my bike was ready for pick up by Thursday morning. No small job was done wither, I had my valves adjusted, oil changed, a search to find why my charging system was below par and a complete inspection done within a couple of days. I thought it was going to take a week or so, which I was fine with, but no it was ready in a few days. I love it.Cost: They are pretty reasonably priced. Labor was at $70/hour.Result: I rode my bike home and it was FAST!!! the bike had a ton more power and was not making its silly noises. I am very satisfied with what they did and will be returning.

1 Up is a great shop. I am very hard on my bike and it always needs something. I used to shop online or go to Sacramento to get everything I needed but not anymore. Not only is 1 Up closer but its a complete one stop shop they also make you feel like family when your there. I will not use another shop as long as I live out here. Thanks 1 Up for not only your services but on the advise on how to get me out of a bind with my bike. EVERY ONE SHOULD GO HERE!!

Dropped my bike off for valve clearance and routine maintenance, staff was courteous and professional, turn around on the work I was having done was great, and the price was fair. Great shop.

Brought my Ducati there to replace tires and replace an expansion tank. Nothing but first class service! When installing the front tire, they discovered a seal leaking. Called me, they tried finding one in their shop, but to no avail, we had to order new part! Part came in and it was over twice what they were quoted. The offered part at their cost, and then actually worked with the vendor (who messed up quote) to even reduce price even more! Work was awesome and even delivered the bike to my house when done! Was nice that they scrubbed the new tires! Definitely bring my business there from now on! And the battleaxs ride AWESOME! Thanks Guys!

Very disappointed with the end result from the experience with this shop.after claiming to fix and many misdirection in the course of the repairs he was supposed to be performing . I now find after much time has passed that he bottomed out and broke off a screw in the carb. and never told me . This could have or may have caused a burnt valve I have yet to find out the end results. So if you need a tire changed go for it but any serious mechanical work go else where. im guessing on the tire change thing.
