My old 08 dodge was a tricky mess that they were able to figure out and install looks great stareo works and sounds great! Id recommend them to anyone.

I needed help installing a head unit in my Jeep. For a couple weeks, any chance I had to put this thing together ended in more confusion. I was spinning my wheels, and my wife was not happy with all the time i was wasting.So it was time. I had to bring in the big guns.I walked in to Audio Video Connection, and right away, Eric listened to my request, and gave me a very fair and honest assessment of what they could do to get this head unit installed.So I set up the appointment. It was a month away, but that was fine. I needed the pros to finish the job. Eric let me know that if anyone cancels in the meantime, he would give me a call.Later that afternoon, I get a call from him.Someone canceled for the next day! Whoa!Super stoked, I brought my Jeep in and in a matter of moments it was complete.Josh did an excellent job of installing the head unit with Bluetooth capabilities and all the other bells and whistles.These folks are incredible! I would definitely recommend them for all your audio/video needs!Thanks again Eric and Josh!

Called everywhere for help and no one could help me. I called AV and he gave me some suggestions of how to fix my radio shorting out my dash cluster and half of my car and now everything is back to normal. Great people there!

Still waiting over a year for our court ordered refund from a system that did not work. Instead of payments made on time we receive slander and vindictive insults. I wont apologize for being a paid in full consumer expecting the system to work! I would’ve been a highly satisfied consumer with our paid in full video security system for our families safety until cameras stopped working and Ken would not honor warranty. We have NOT received our COURT ordered refund but have received free personal defamation for our saintly forgiveness and patience waiting for refund even though we have returned all their merchandise. Years of service has caused other unhappy consumers not to pay for merchandise causing Ken to use collection agency, yet he fails to pay his own court ordered refund. After 30 years in business you’d think he would have cash reserve to pay his COURT ordered refund.

Bought a radio for my car. Will be installed Thursday . Thesame man, Cliff, was very helpful and explained what I needed fir my vehicle with no upsell no pressure. Nice place in downtown Dixon. I highly recommend this place if your looking for new car audio. We are having my wifes radio installed there after mine even though she purschased it at best buy. Best buy was unable to install her radio because they were backed up for a month. They were able to get both of us within the week.,
