My tires and rims were nice. I also had a 6 inch lift put in my truck which looked good also. But when I arrived for pick up, one of the workers told me to be careful because when I turned my wheel my tires would rub pretty bad. So I tried called the Ron back who is the associate that I had been working with & now he’s not answering. I just felt like he could have told me that the size tires I was trying to get may rub and to either get a higher lift kit or smaller tires. I stayed there trying to figure out what I should do & calling Ron for about 30 mins & still no answer. The fact that he wouldn’t answer after him calling me to tell me my truck was ready for pick up seemed very unprofessional and suspect. Be careful with these guys. They just want the money $$$$$$!!!

Ron came through in a huge way and now have the Methods I’ve been hunting for, the last 6 months. Gave me updates and corrected a misorder promptly. Great customer service and product selection!

I chose to leave a review for Dixon tires and rims because these guys go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with what you get. The first time I came here was a little over 3 years ago and i was treated real good, I had alot of question about some wheels and tires for my tundra and they took the time to show me and teller what I needed to get them to fit properly. Today I chose to come back to get some new tires and Mo helped out, he was super friendly and helpful, he took the time to show me how my truck would look with 2 different type of tires, they mounted them and installed them without hesitation just to be sure I liked what I was getting. These guys are a 30 minute drive away from me but I dont care because they know how to take care of their customers, they are kind and respectful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to put some bigger wheels on your truck or any tire needs, they are awesome. Thank you guys for being an awesome group. This was my second time here with my second vehicle. From my daily drivers aftermarket wheels to my trucks heavy off road tires theyve installed them all for a reasonable price. Probably more importantly they havent damaged anything. Thats something a certain major chain store couldnt claim on my 4Runner! Im sure Ill be back with one of the other cars soon!

This place swapped my low pro 18’s on my VW, I wasn’t in a rush so I dropped the car and came back. The work was done well at a reasonable price. Also I needed some boxes for my take offs and they were more than accommodating. They’re straight forward, leave your entitlement at the door and you’ll be fine.

I am appalled at the level of unprofessional work and knowledge (or maybe its just care) that is happening at this tire shop. I purchased a used tire for both of my vehicles which I had them mount onto the rims (left the cars at home). They did put the tires on quickly but I soon found out they were incorrect sizes. I realized this because one of the cars had a wobble soon after putting on the tire, so I looked closer and checked the tire sizes. Both replaced tires were incorrect sizes. This issue could have easily caused damage to the axle. I brought both cars in to have the tires assessed and replaced. The tire companys response: Used tire sales are final. Policy makes sense -- if they give you the correct size in the first place. After really pushing it they finally gave in. However, they replaced an incorrectly-sized tire with one that was visibly quite dry rotted and wouldnt last very long. I stated this immediately when I got the vehicle back and was told you get what you get. I bought a new tire (from another tire shop) for the second car and took it back to them (still thought they should fix their error and was not going to pay someone else to do the job Id already paid them for). Soon after that replacement, my tire monitoring system (TMS) light started going off. I took it to another tire shop and they found that the sensor was broken off and TAPED on... Yes, taped onto the rim of the tire. I had to buy a new sensor and have it replaced at the other shop-- Pep Boys on Martin Luther King Dr. in Stockton. They were wonderful!I have no idea how Dixon Tires and Rims had such good reviews; maybe they are having friends or family review them, but when I was in their office I heard several people complaining- about their TMS light going off after being there, and other complaints. After telling a few people around the area about my experience, I found they had similar experience. I value work ethic and customer service, so I will never be returning to or recommending them to anyone.

Got an online quote for wheels and tires. When I got a day off work I drove 1 hour to get to this shop. When i got there the price jumped $240, even after showing the quote they gave me. It was as if he didnt want to order the wheels. I left and just ordered online. Was a waste of 2.5 hours thinking I was going to place the order.

I wa in Davis and had a flat tire on my Subaru Outback. I called this place which looked promising from the maps and they sounded inviting and promised me they could handle the problem. So I put on the donut and drove to Dixon. This place is remarkably casual: in front of the office were some people putting on their own new tires. I unloaded the tire from the back of my car and told the guy I just wanted to replace it. Unlike the majority of tire stores, he didnt try to up sell me with the lime about how modern tires need to be replaced in pairs (most of the time that is not true). I only waited about 15 minutes and they had found a very lightly used tire identical to the flat and sold it to me for a great price. They removed the spare and put on the new one right out in front and I was on my way. An unexpected great experience. Highly recommended.

This place is rip off sold me wheels and tires for $1900 and financed them with amica plan. told me it was 6 month term only to find out after 6 month that it was 12 months and i owe $4000 if i go too term FLAT OUT LIED and did the app on line him self that i now find out is against amica policy cause he hide the terms and time by doing it himself,plus the fact that the tires he sold me are garbage i have been back 4 time for wheel shake and now find out tires cant be balanced to 0 cause cheap tire brand. Great place to get a good quality tires

While on my way to the bay, I ended up with a low tire due to a split-- I called around to see who had Continental run flats; it turned out that most places did not have it on hand and would have to get it next day... Given that my tires arent too common, this place was willing to drive to Sacramento same day to get me the specific run flat which is quite generous! Staff is very knowledgable and they try to make you wait as little as possible. Prices were also quite fair-- the gentleman who checked me out showed me the prices of the tires on Continentals website to make sure I was getting a good deal. Definitely recommend and will be coming back here in the future! Thanks again!

Buy new tires there or bring them new or used tires and they will balance and mount them for under $20 per wheel....including a nice tip, I was out the door at $80.

I always have an amazing experience at Dixon tires. Ron and the staff are always helpful. I called several places looking for tires and rims and they always beat everyones prices. The shop looks old on the outside but they have all name brand tires and rims. The have financing available which was very helpful. They also have a alignment machine and they got everything done the same day. The prices are so much better than Les Schwab tires, Good Year, Costco and even Walmart. I would check around but based off mine and my friends experience this is the place to go.No hassle great prices and a one stop shop. Best prices in the Bay, Sacramento and Yolo area.

I would give a zero star rating if it were an option. I bought a set of mud tires and was told that the rotation was free. When I came in for a rotation they charged me $40. The tires were not balanced correctly and one was ruined. They claimed that they didnt mount or balance the tires even with my receipt. They didnt offer to replace the tire or accept responsibility for the error.

Before I came to Dixon Tire there were two other well known tire repair shops I recived quotes from. Their responses only added to my stress between unreasonable wait times and high prices I was discuraged to say the least Dixon Tire and Wheels saved my day not only did they have a used tire in my size the price and wait time was a fraction of what the other shops had. DO NOT GO! They will mess up something it has happened to me! They put tires on my car that went flat right away and when I called them to fix it they gave me so many excuses and refused to help me! I been going here for years and I had brought all my family here for tires and rims these people are very nice people and treat us with lots of respect I don’t understand where some people say poor management when the manager Ron has always takin care of us.
