Good place for oil change. $$$ pricy. I just wish that the workers were quicker. All 3 bays were open but only 2 cars. At least 6 or 7 guys were working there... 🤔 The waiting room was very hot. The coffee maker didnt work. Had to go sit on the picnic table to cool off. Manager didnt seem to care.

I was so pleased with my oil change, but two days later my left rear tire is squeaking. I go back to Jiffy Lube madder than a hornet. (I thought they messed with my car). Manny explained HOW brakes wear out and it was a coincidence. When they were done, they came and showed me my brakes. Holy smokes! I guess it was a lucky coincidence for me. They even gave me a brake on my bill. Thanks for a great experience. Dixon has it going on, thanks to Manny and the guys.

They are no longer doin value oil changes.The workers are told to do everything for a signature service whether you ask for it or not. If you buy a cabin air filter make sure you have the correct one installed. The workers are told to just put something close in if they dont have the correct one. Just be careful what you purchase and check your bill at the end and ask quiestions!!!

Got an oil change from jiffy lube and we drove it back home and it was smoking with oil burn smell. We called jiffy lube at 5:45 and they close at 6. And they said that they will send someone over an employee named Cory very professional and very nice brought an extra oil filter and oil. He replaced the oil filter and the oil level was good. It was 6:25 as we were rapping things up. It came down to either the gasket to the filter was loose or the oil wasnt wiped up properly. But I have to say they have my business again thanks to Cory.

If you want the NASCAR experience head on over to Jiffy lube, Wam Bam thank you maam, couldnt have been more than 15 min. Full check out, oil change, checked the tires, vacuumed, ext.$80, I have no problem with that in this weather.

Best place to go for anything! Staff is very nice, prices are very reasonable and they always go above and beyond while taking care of your vehicle. Plus - there always have great coupons! I hate having to go anywhere else.

Very fast work great staff have had work done on both vehicles will be my go to regular maintenance shop. Also they send out great coupons by mail.

Terrible attitude from the guys working on the vehicle. Slammed my power seat back by throwing all his weight up against it to make it go quicker since he was an angry big guy. In such a hurry that I believe they stripped out my bolts to the skid plate and then blamed it on the previous service - and then sent me on my way because they could not get the plate off. They are very overpriced by 15 to 25% on all services and perform some of the worst vehicle service due to speed and carelessness. Do not go here and waste time, money, and risk of vehicle damage. Go see Paul at Midas in Dixon he will take care of you and your vehicle at a fair price! Final review for Jiffy Lube- negative -10 star - what a joke.

1st business Ive visited in quite a while where most staff were wearing masks or face shields,(only 1 wasnt wearing his face shield correctly) and every customer inside was also masked. Good to know that they take safety seriously. Very professional.... And then, I see the guy working on my car struggling to get something unscrewed and then heard him shout its going to be a bad day already.. @ 8am. Hmmm. Ill wait to update my review.

Outstanding, quick service, I hardly ever have to wait. Prices are a little high for the full set with synthetic oil, but overall with everything they do, I don’t mind it,They do more than just oil changes too, 4 x service is available, as is transmission service and rear differential.The free top off service at any Jiffy lube is nice too, overall great place for a oil change

They dont have a tire machine so they couldnt help me

The owner here is very friendly and helpful. Fast service and no problems. They take great care of the customer whenever there is a question. They even have an area to keep the kids entertained, though the wait has never been long enough to make it an issue.

When I got there, I specifically told them what I wanted, they ignored what I said and tried to do whatever they wanted. Also they need to realize that customers can hear them while they are in the garage, bad mouthing the customers. The oil change its self took approximately 20+ minutes. I will try them again and see if things are different next time.

I just needed air pressure checked in my tires and they were kind enough to take care of that for me.

This is where I take my wifes car to get the oil change after the dummies at Farm and Fleet cracked the housing where the oil filter goes. Ive been going here for about 3 years now and am very satisfied with their work. It is a little pricey. An oil change can set you back about $50 depending on if you need a new air filter or you have a V6 engine.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They put the wrong slip oil in my rear differential and destroyed my clutch pack. They will not stand by their customers and like to hang up on you when you call. They lie to your face saying they will take care of the problem and then call you. They dont call you back and are very disrespectful. Take your vehicle to your dealer to have anything done to your car, or your gonna get stuck paying thousands more!

I have never had such horrible service in my 26 years of life. I am African American and felt very unwelcomed. It was not quick two other people went before me. I noticed how they went into details about the tire pressure, top offs, and the free windshield wash. When it was my turn none of that was done, I specifically ask about my wind shield being washed, the manager reassured me it was done. It was not! The most disappointing moment is when I reached for my keys(hand out) and the manager went out of his way to put it on the counter. I felt unwelcomed to say the least.

I went in two days ago for a signature service, and they really skipped over most of it. The oil change got done, they vacuumed one floor mat (driver), didnt touch the break fluid, which shouldve been checked and topped off, didnt touch the transmission fluid, which shouldve been checked and topped off.I made sure to check thoroughly for leaks before topping them off myself afterwards. The passenger side front floor mat was admittedly messy, and I dont expect them to deal with that, but the back seat floor had 1-2 things that couldve been thrown on the seat for them to vacuum, but it was ignored.It really defeats the purpose of paying for all this if I have to go back through and double check for and fix the things they cut for time, hence the two stars; I wont be going back. If you give them a try make sure to double check their work as soon as you can after its completed.

Went in for an oil change today, I usually go to the jiffy lube in st charles and I asked for the usual oil change that I get there. But when they got done and I presented the 10$ off coupon that I always download and use they told me no. When I asked why they said cause i asked for the value oil and that the coupon is for the signature oil. I explained that I asked for the oil change that I usually get in st Charles and even had them look up in their computer what oil change I usually get and it showed that I always get the signature oil. Buuut the woman at the front insisted that I asked for value oil which iv never even heard of so I dont know how I could have asked for it! So basically I ended up paying $50.80 full price for probably cheap or used oil. As* hole move on their part. Go somewhere else!
