Staff who run the store are great, my experience with the eye doctor not so much, I found her to be quite rude and impatient and I hope my reading for glasses was good because I couldnt see much of the letters because she was in the way of my reading. Given the circumstances weve been under the last year and a half, I can understand that people may be nervous and have a hard time socializing but when you tell your client they dont have a right to be nervous or that theyre a complicated patient, its not polite or professional. I will pursue another store for my next exam where they treat you with dignity and kindness rather than passive aggressive sarcasm.
