Rude and unprofessional. Staff takes lunch breaks at the time your vaccine is scheduled. Rest of staff is rude and only wants to talk to “customers”. Would not waste your time here.

Cant believe cvs is still alive. store is usually a ghost town but has all the basics of a drugstore. like a mini walmart with less tweakers.

I recently had a price discrepancie with the over the counter cold meds. We asked for one specifically and it came out to be $5 more expensive, when we asked the question we were told that the price we see on the counter is not for customers. How can they do that, How often does this happen. I did call the store manager the next day he assured me that this was not there practice i told him that i would be in to return the product, i was also told that the Rx manager would be in but when i got there they were not, so i spoke with there shift manager about this and it was obvious that she feels that CVS is in the right, i brought up the issue of wondering how often they charge customers more that what the customer realizes. She told me it dont happen because... and i cut her off at that point and said i cant prove it and neither can she. thats when she because rude with me stormed off to the front of the store to proceed with the refund to get me out of the store. i have alot more to say on this issue but im sure Ive said enough for now. I plan on going back to CVS to speak to the store manager on his next scheduled day in store because i dont want anyone else going threw the hassle that i have experienced, maybe Dixon will get anouther corner RX store soon
