I was confused on what to order, as this was my first time in awhile at Baskin Robbins. Luckily one of your employees named Tori helped me decide and was very efficient even with the long line. Will definitely come back again!

This used to be a nice baskin robins with good customer service. The last three times I have went the customer service is terrible. You order a milk shake and they are just milk with a little flavor!! When you say something they dont care. You have to pay more money to make it a normal milk shake. Their attitude there is terrible. Do not go there you will be disappointed!!

I went through the drive-through and waited for quite some time because apparently there was a computer issue which is fine except that when they gave me my ice cream it was a already half melted because it had been sitting there on the counter the entire time that they were dealing with this computer issue. On top of that they put the wrong topping for my Sunday which was annoying.

I bought a cake for granddaughters birthday and the cake tasted old and like freezer burn, tried to call and no answer.

I ordered the Mystical Mermaid Cake a week ago for my 12 year old for pick up today. I want to say that the customer service on the phone was amazing. The website showed that specific cake not being available at the dixon location. The young woman on the phone was incredibly helpful with taking my order over the phone as well as helping me with the different options and choices available. She was very patient with me!! We decided to go with green writing, the same green on the cake. These folks definitely know what they are doing and have the vision! We decided on a chocolate chip 🍪 dough ice cream cake. My daughter absolutely loved the cake. Oh, and wow was it amazing!!! Thank you to the entire staff at the Dixon Baskin Robbins, especially in the times we are in!!

Milk shake was nasty made with too much milk not enough ice-cream. Went back inside told them about it they re did the shake to have the same outcome i honestly had to throw it away. Never going to the Dixon Baskin-Robbins again!

Will never give them our business again. When you publicly call out my 7 year old for not wearing a mask you lose our business

Customer service here is great.. but lately it has been such a long wait time in drive through with only 2 people on shift. The higher ups should have at least 3. The drive through wait time has been about 15 minutes each time. Really becoming an annoyance.

This rating applies to Woodland shop--NOT the Dixon which made my milkshake with too much milk and not enough ice cream.Service in Dixon was fine but service in Woodland is great. I love BR

The last two times we went there service in the dive through was fine. But the ice cream melted within two minutes of getting it. We even put it in our freezer and still it stayed melted. I don’t know what’s changed but the ice cream sucked

Do I love ice cream? Yes! I love the $10 deal; two pre-packed quarts for $10.

The lady, I didnt get her name unfortunately, was by herself and it was pretty busy. She was very professional and friendly. Very great customer service

Last two nights Ive gone and for what you pay your better off buying a gallon of ice cream at the store the two scoops you get are small and they are sloppy on presentation being that I saw mostly young kids working Im not surprised

I went about ten minutes before 9:00 p.m. and the girl said I could only choose between 5 flavors after she unbolted the drive thru window. That has never been the case before so I do not now wht they said they could only serve those 5 flavors on a tuesday night.

How can a visit to an ice cream parlor be anything but great??
