Genuinely exceptional work from Victor and the folks at Pacific Windows. Thus far, they have installed two windows and a French slider. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the finished product. We are elated to have finally found a reliable company thats stands by its word of getting the job done right and getting it done right the first time. As a veteran, I truly value efficiency and attention to detail. Victor and his hardworking crew meet and exceed those standards. Thus guy appears polite, but is nothing more than a con artist. He lured me by offering a great deal. After I paid my deposit, he failed to contact me for weeks. He had one e cause after another. He eventually said he was out of the business of replacing glass. He offered to cover the rest of the contract, and I believed him. When my wife gave him a bad review, he told me he was not going to do the job any more because he received a bad review. It has been more than a moth and he has not returned me my money as he promised. This person, Victor, the owner of the company is not to be trusted. He agreed to simply replace a window pane in March and 5 months later, he does not even have the professionalism to return my calls, emails, or texts. He has my money. He is a thief. Do not use him or trust whatever he says.

My windows were over 20 years old and very drafty I called pacific windows for estemate and they answered right away to come and give me a quote for whole house window replacements wow they did a great jobs installing them I also had two main doors installed and those were just beautiful. I have really saved on my PGE bill also. The new windows are so beautiful I can’t stop looking at them with such pleasure of enjoyment thanks for such an awesome jobMichelle
